Santa's Arrival Dance Party - November 13, 2015
Start off the holiday season with Santa's Dance Party at The Gardens Mall. Witness Santa's arrival as returns in style with dancing elves. The party begins at 6 p.m. in Mall's Grand Court (Lower Level, Outside Macy's). It's a jolly jig you can't miss. Pictures with Santa will begin at 7 p.m. For admission to the event, please bring one unwrapped toy per family, which will be donated to the Salvation Army.
Thanksgiving Movie on the Waterfront - November 13, 2015
Give thanks this Friday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m., as Cinépolis and Harbourside Place team up to provide visitors a free viewing of animated PG film Free Birds under the stars on the waterfront amphitheater. This self-proclaimed "greatest turkey movie of all time" is the perfect Thanksgiving holiday movie and is rated PG. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair. Event starts at 6:30 p.m.
A New Thanksgiving Tradition...Celebrate Family at the Waterstone Resort & Marina - November 26, 2015
This Thanksgiving, the Waterstone Resort & Spa invites you to dine on property. Thanksgiving holiday breakfast table will be available on November 26th from 7a.m until noon. The cost to attend is $25 adult/$12.50 children 10 and under, plus tax gratuity. Casual waterfront dining at Waterstone Bar & Grill (noon - 9p.m.) and sophisticated dining at Boca Landing featuring a holiday prix fixe menu will also be available (3 - 9p.m.). The cost for the prix fixe menu is $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Music and entertainment will be provided by Chris Janes.
Magical Holiday Spectacle - begins November 25, 2015
Watch in delight as Mizner Park in Boca Raton lights up for the holiday season during the City's Holiday Festival from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The festive favorite will once again be the center's 47-foot animated holiday tree, one of only a few of its kind in the country. Nightly 20-minute musical light shows on the hour will dazzle guests, and the tree will remain fully illuminated in between shows for photo opportunities. With a festive series of winter holiday festivities including parades, concerts and more, the City of Boca Raton kicks off their Holiday celebration at Mizner Park Amphitheater with a FREE Holiday Festival culminating in the city's and Mizner Park's annual tree lighting ceremony. The event will include carnival rides, a mountain of snow, carolers, children's crafts, and live entertainment including "Let it Snow," a stage show presented by ZMC Entertainment. The highlight of the evening will be the ceremonial lighting of the city's tree led by Mayor Susan Haynie that will illuminate simultaneously with Mizner Park's 47-foot animated tree at the south end of the center near Lord & Taylor.
Light Up Your Holiday - November 28, 2015
Guests can kick off the holiday season at Harbourside Place's free inaugural tree lighting event from 6 - 10 p.m. Visitors can catch performances by local community groups, witness Santa's arrival, enjoy holiday activities for the whole family and take photos with Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and the Frozen princesses. Guests are encouraged to bring a toy for Little Smile's North Pole Toy Drive, and can also purchase a light on the tree in memory of a loved one.
Boca Raton's 45th Annual Holiday Street Parade - December 2, 2015
Watch as more than 70 floats and groups entertain viewers and spectators as they dance, sing and celebrate the holiday spirit. The parade begins at 7:30 p.m. along Federal Highway from SE 7th Street toward Mizner Park, with grandstand viewing at Sanborn Square.
Lighting of the Famous 100 Foot Christmas Tree - December 3, 2015
The Delray Beach 100 ft. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is one of the largest and most-celebrated holiday events in Palm Beach County. This celebration kicks off with Santa landing in a helicopter to light the 100 ft. Christmas Tree. Activities will include an ice skating rink, carousel, kiddie train ride, mini golf and photo ops. With Santa. The event takes place from 5-9 p.m. Admission is free. Activities each have a nominal cost.
Sandi Land: Holiday in Paradise - begins December 3, 2015
Throughout the month of December, fun-seekers can visit Sandi Land on the West Palm Beach Waterfront and enjoy a spectacular holiday in paradise with tons of free entertainment and festivities. The star of the festivities is "Sandi," a holiday tree made from 600 tons of sand that comes to life nightly with dazzling musical light shows. During the celebration, guests can enjoy the ceremonial Holiday Tree Lighting of "Sandi" at Clematis by Night, as well as Screen on the Green free movie nights.
Festival of Trees - December 4 - 16, 2015
This December, Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens transforms into a winter wonderland, as they showcase 25 professionally-decorated holiday trees. Located in West Palm Beach, the 1.7 acres welcome visitors with performances, holiday refreshments, and a dazzling lightshow illuminating two of Ann Norton's grand sculptures. Last year over 5,000 visitors enjoyed the whimsical holiday event.
Palm Beach Boat Parade - December 5, 2015
Fun for the entire family awaits at the free annual Palm Beach Boat Parade. Guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season as they watch the fireworks and lighted boat parade along the Intracoastal Waterway from North Palm Beach to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. Spectators at Harbourside Place can also enjoy a variety of family-fun activities, live music and more, with new, unwrapped gifts being accepted for Toys for Tots. The parade begins at 6 p.m., and proceeds benefit Toys for Tots.
Boca Landing Menorah Lighting - December 6, 2015
Guests are invited to the Menorah Lighting at Waterstone Resort & Marina's Boca Landing from 6 - 7 p.m., featuring an interactive festival with a complimentary jelly donut station, Concord grape juice, chocolate gold coins, dreidels and cookie decorating table. Boca Landing is offering a four course Chanukah Prix Fixe menu December 6, 2015 and December 7, 2014 for $55.
Afternoon Tea with Santa - begins December 11, 2015
Children can create memories with a unique Mommy, Daddy and me high tea at Waterstone Resort & Marina's Boca Landing on December 11 & 18 from 1 - 3 p.m. Guests will enjoy Harney and Sons teas, traditional sweet and savory favorites, homemade scones, muffins and finger sandwiches. Pricing is $45 for adults, $25 for children ages 5 to 10 and children 4 and under are $12.50 plus tax and gratuity.
Boynton Beach Boat Parade - December 11, 2015
Get into the spirit of the season as the 44th annual Boynton Beach Boat Parade cruises through the Intracoastal Waterway from Lantana to Delray Beach on December 11. Guests can catch a glimpse of the brightly-decorated boats with lights gleaming off the cool ripples in the water and the holiday sounds coming from the lavishly-decorated vessels at this community event. The event is free, but toy donations for Toys for Tots are encouraged.
Islanders Tropical Holiday Spectacular - December 20, 2015
Aloha Islanders presents a Tropical Holiday Spectacular on the Palm Stage of the Downtown West Palm Beach's Waterfront with authentic, high-energy Polynesian entertainment for all ages from 4 - 7 p.m. The free show is action-packed with pulsating drums, beautiful hula dancers and exciting Samoan fire knife dancers. Guests can enjoy a journey through Polynesia with a non-stop revue of dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa and New Zealand.
Marmot Boca Raton Bowl - December 22, 2015
Big-time college football comes to The Palm Beaches for the second year with the return of the 2015 Marmot Boca Raton Bowl. The game will be held at FAU Stadium on the campus of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton. The Marmot Boca Raton Bowl is a postseason college football game matching up the Mid-American Conference (MAC), Conference USA and American Athletic Conference (AAC). FAU Stadium is the only NCAA Division I football stadium in the United States that offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean. It has approximately 30,000 seats, 32 loge boxes, 24 luxury suites and a covered 16,000-square-foot tiki-bar area.
JCC Mandel Hanukkah Lighting - December 13, 2015
Celebrate Hanukkah in Jupiter, as the Mandel JCC lights the 8th Hanukkah Candle at Harbourside Place. The free program will include a clergy performance by all the local Rabbis and Cantors, children's Hanukkah activities and information tables from synagogues and Jewish agencies from the area. The event begins at 4 p.m.
Boca Raton Boat Parade - December 19, 2015
Watch as boaters display their holiday pride during this year's 39th Annual Holiday Boat Parade. The parade is expected to light up the waterways as it glides through Boca Raton, beginning at C-15 with bleacher viewing at Silver Palm Park and Red Reef Park. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.
Cookie Cruise with Santa - Begins on December 5, 2015
Ahoy! Join Santa for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to cruise with him on the Intracoastal Waterway. Spend time with Santa on board Delray Beach Yacht Cruises' Lady Atlantic Cookie Cruise. Cost to participate is $20 per person, children under two years of age are free. Price includes a visit with Santa, cookies and milk or hot chocolate, coffee and tea, and a craft activity. Special photo with Santa also available for an additional cost. Reservations are required and tickets must be purchased prior to the event.
First Night 2016- December 31, 2015
First Night is for fun, and Delray Beach proves it again by throwing the best family-friendly party in South Florida. From toddlers to teens, First Night 2016 offers fun and games for the whole family on New Year's Eve. The celebration begins at 4 p.m. - midnight. A fireworks finale will be among the festivities, occurring at 9 p.m. & at midnight. Wrist bands are available for $10 until December 30th; $15 on December 31st.
Rock the Block- December 31, 2015
Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Boca Raton, will host its third annual New Year's Eve celebration, Rock the Block: an over-the-top extravaganza offering fun for all ages. Adults and children alike can enjoy an extravagant buffet dinner and a magnificent private fireworks display overlooking the resort's18-hole golf course. A carnival on the Croquet Lawn will also be available for guests to enjoy, complete with a 300 ft. long zip line, a Wipeout-style obstacle course, spider tower, balloon artists and carnival games. Chef Daniel Boulud's Palm Beach eatery at The Brazilian Court hotel, Café Boulud, offers more than a stylish backdrop for New Year's Eve revelry - it offers some of the best food on Palm Beach Island. Executive Chef Rick Mace has created a couple of celebratory tasting menus to be served during two seatings. The first seating, open from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., offers a four-course, $95 menu. The second seating, open from 8 to 10 p.m., offers a New Year's Eve gala-style menu at $350 per person. The party continues with live entertainment and a champagne toast.

Each activity includes a ball drop and champagne toast at midnight, followed by breakfast in the Palm Court. Boca Landing offers guests dinner seating from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m., featuring a gourmet five-course prix-fixe menu at $195 per adult/$99 per child. The menu includes a sommelier wine pairing with each course, and a "Welcome to the New Year" champagne toast. Finish the night off in Boca Landing with intimate dancing under the stars on the outdoor patio with entertainment. At the Waterstone Bar & Grill, guests can expect Reggae music from 7 - 9 p.m. as Chef Jose Metellus creates a Caribbean-inspired BBQ á la carte menu.
