Meetings are big business, and we are showcasing our destination to the meetings audience like never before. Our plans reach corporate and association planners and C-suite decision makers, and also reach key geographic areas for business. Our aim is to increase awareness of what meetings can be like in The Palm Beaches, as well as increase room night bookings.

ePro

eNL ePro holds one of the largest databases of meeting planners in the industry – 80,000 qualified planners who have expressed interest in receiving news and information. Due to this their emails usually have an open rate of over 40%.

  • We have purchased three custom eBlasts to the full database of 80,000 qualified planners nationally. We will have 5 co-op partners available for each of the three custom eBlasts.

Multiview Retargeting

Multiview is a digital programmatic publisher that specialized in business-to- business targeting. Through their platform they are able to behaviorally target meeting planners using proprietary search data they have accumulated through partnering through trade associations.

  • We have an evergreen campaign using Multiview for digitally retargeting meeting planner visitors to our meetings website.

ASAE Associations

Now Association Executives know this magazine is a one-stop-shop for new ideas, expert insight and special offers in the Associations industry.

  • We are purchasing 4 bi-monthly Full page ads in Association Now, each with a circulation of 21,000. Each ad can accommodate three co-op partners.

  • We will run digital leaderboard banners across ASAECenter.org for three months – February – April 2017. Two co-op partners will run in rotation with Discover.

Meetings & Conventions is a publication widely considered to be the most trusted and influential way to connect with the $263 billion meetings and incentives industry. Its content connects Meeting Planners and Meeting Owners with destinations, resorts, hotels, restaurants, and convention halls.

  • We have purchased three Spread ads in February (Medical Meetings Supplement with bonus distribution at World Medical Congress), March (Florida Supplement with bonus distribution at CBI and Pharma Forum) and July 2017 (Convention Centers with bonus distribution at WEC). 6 co-op partners per insertion will be included.

Discover has purchased multiple insertions across local association newsletters. We have packaged this opportunity to bring you more value.

  • We have purchased Full page ads in FSAE Source, Georgia Society of Association Executive (GSAE), Texas Society of Association Executive (TSAE), and Association Forum of Chicagoland. Regional bundles include one ad in each publication – date of your choice. There are three bundle opportunities available, each with three partners.
