Our plans reach corporate and association planners and C-suite decision makers, and also reach key geographic areas for business. Our aim is to increase awareness of what meetings can be like in The Palm Beaches, as well as increase room night bookings.

Multiview Retargeting

Multiview is a digital programmatic publisher that specialized in business-to- business targeting. Through their platform they are able to behaviorally target meeting planners using proprietary search data they have accumulated through partnering through trade associations.

  • We have an evergreen campaign using Multiview for digitally retargeting meeting planner visitors to our meetings website.
    • 9 co-ops available
    • Partner cost: $500 per month
    • Estimated partner impressions: 26,666 per month

 

 

USAE

USAE is a print publication that serves the association meetings community – a community of professional interest comprised of executives from associations, convention & visitor bureaus and hotels & resorts. USAE reports first with the news about these industries.

  • Three Full page ads have been purchased to run as follows: Feb. 21 (Florida Meetings), March 21 (Destination Showcase), August 13 (ASAE Annual. Three co-op partners will run in each insertion.
    • 9 co-ops available
    • Partner cost: $691.66 per insertion
    • Estimated partner impressions: 44,000 per insertion

 

Regional Bundle

Discover has purchased multiple insertions across local association newsletters. We have packaged this opportunity to bring you more value.

  • We have purchased Full page ads in FSAE Source, Georgia Society of Association Executive (GSAE), Texas Society of Association Executive (TSAE), and Association Forum of Chicagoland. Regional bundles include one ad in each publication – date of your choice. There are three bundle opportunities available, each with three partners.
    • 9 co-ops available
    • Partner cost: $1,228.33 per insertion
    • Estimated partner impressions: $8,030 per insertion  

Co-op advertising opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadlines are rolling, but for best opportunities book now! Many Visit Florida opportunities have not been released to DMO’s as of this time. As those opportunities become available, we will be updating this website with additional co-op buys. Rates quoted are for Discover the Palm Beaches members. Non-members, please add 10% to the quoted cost.
