Your Guide to Getting Here and Getting Around

By car, by plane, by boat, or by train, the breathtaking beauty of The Palm Beaches is easily accessible by all. Once you’ve arrived, getting around is a breeze with the help of a well-connected transit system, plentiful taxis, app-based ride services (including Uber and Lyft), trolleys, and even water taxis.

Whether you’re flying via a commercial airline or private jet, Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is right in the heart of The Palm Beaches. Situated just minutes from the Downtown Convention Arts & Entertainment District, PBI offers more than 200 daily flights on 12 major airlines. Just minutes from The Palm Beaches, Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is a great option for those visiting Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and other areas of South Palm Beach County. Miami International Airport (MIA) is also a great option for international visitors to The Palm Beaches to consider. Three smaller airports are also available for private planes.

You can rent a vehicle from all the major national rental car brands at Palm Beach International Airport. Or arrange for a town car or executive car service to explore The Palm Beaches in style – perfect for anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other special occasions.

If you’re traveling here from other areas of South Florida, take advantage of the West Palm Beach transit options. Tri-Rail provides daily train service from Miami International Airport and Brightline provides services from Miami, Aventura, and Fort Lauderdale. Once you’re here, hop on a trolley in West Palm Beach to cruise between all the downtown hotspots for free.
