Check out some of the best spots in The Palm Beaches with owners from the BIPOC community.

Hangouts & Culture

Sugar Plum & the Grumbling Growler In downtown Lake Worth Beach, husband and wife Tanya & Nicholas Yalley opened Sugar Plum & the Grumbling Growler. This venue, located west of the railroad tracks on Lucerne Avenue, serves as a hangout spot for local artists and creatives. The couple has fostered an environment of inclusion and belonging and encourages all guests to explore their creative side. You can catch a live musical performance by a local musician or participate in a live painting class. Recently, the destination is offering yoga classes along with dance classes in heels and Afro beats sessions. There is also space for local writers to meet up and share their work.
