Beacon, Jupiter

Overlooking the Jupiter Lighthouse, this contemporary American grille features a modern dining room centered by an action-packed open kitchen with counter seating. The outdoor space features a stunning view of the inlet to take in the boats and waterfront.
The menu is Mediterranean-inspired and the vibe is sophisticated casual. The kitchen is overseen by executive chef Jordan Lerman, churning out elevated but approachable dishes in a relaxed but refined environment. Don’t overlook the showpiece cocktails and global wine list.

During August, Beacon will feature a 3-course dinner menu for $55 per person. Enjoy a selection of local fresh catches or greens to start, followed by an expertly prepared entrée, and delectable desserts by executive pastry chef Jenniffer Woo.

Stage, Palm Beach Gardens

The Butcher's Club, Palm Beach Gardens

PGA National Resort and Spa has been re-imagined, from the retro-inspired lobby bar to the world-class spa to the newly minted dining outlets. A new local treasure is the Butcher’s Club by Chef Jeremy Ford. Known for his winning performance on Top Chef and Michelin-star Stubborn Seed restaurant in Miami, Ford has brought a new edge to the steakhouse experience on site.
