Here's a list of new places that will make 2018 even more exciting

The Palm Beaches has some of the most beautiful cities and attractions to visit, and the list keeps on growing. Whether you want to take a stroll down Clematis Street, or spend your evening in Mizner Park, there is always something exciting to do. The New Year brings a whole new collection of places to visit and explore. Here are some of the new, and coming soon, hotspots in Palm Beach County.
Restoration Hardware- West Palm Beach, Fla.

If you think you have been to every luxury furniture store, then you are in for quite a treat at Restoration Hardware. Located off of Okeechobee Blvd, the multi-story building has brought a new level of luxury to the downtown area. If the star studded grand opening, which included Matthew Mcconaughey, wasn’t enough to get your attention, then the rooftop restaurant and bar with beautiful views of West Palm Beach definitely will. The levels of luxury décor and furniture will have you shopping for hours on end.
WISH- Boca Raton, Fla.
Boca Raton is a city that grows younger with age. With Florida Atlantic University at the center of the city, the town is injected with a new, youthful, and energetic "vibe." Boca's nightlife scene is catching up with it's younger audience, and exciting places like WISH will keep all the youthful energy right in town . Located off of Mizner Blvd, WISH is the answer for those craving a good time. The club features VIP sections, bottle service girls, a full bar, and of course plenty of room to dance the night away. With a DJ blasting beats, and special appearances by celebrity guests, WISH will definitely be one of the best new night clubs in the area.
AVANT- Delray Beach, Fla.

New to the always bustling Pineapple Grove, AVANT is a restaurant that brings an atmosphere like no other. The huge indoor/outdoor space has a “Miami Vice” meets modern Disney vibe with its giant gold mouse statue in the front courtyard and different avant-garde themed rooms. Taking inspirations from the guerilla art movement of the early 1980s in New York City, AVANT will showcase original, one-of-a-kind artistic elements from South Florida artists. The gourmet menu will satisfy your inner foodie, the atmosphere will make you feel exclusive, and the drinks will have you coming back for more!
Grandview Public Market- West Palm Beach, Fla.

A new concept in dining and mingling, comes Grandview Public Market. Located moments away from CityPlace and the downtown West Palm Beach area, Grandview Public Market will be home to a number of specialty vendors where you can experience new and exciting takes on classic treats. The space will also be available for groups to rent out for events. The “living room” is an eclectic space that can fit up to 100 people, and the “loading dock” is the outdoor space perfect for large parties with views of downtown and access to all of the vendors Grandview has to offer. They are scheduled to open before the end of 2017.

Welcome to the newest palace, we mean apartments, to come to downtown Boca Raton…Residences at the Mandarin Oriental. This beautiful resort-like complex has everything from a floor to ceiling resident only wine cellar, private restaurant, rooftop pool, access to the Via Mizner Golf & City Club, and so much more. Located half a mile from the Boca Raton Resort & Spa and less than a mile from the beach, the new glam apartments will also have street level shops, making it the perfect extension of downtown east Boca.

The future of worry-free transportation is coming to town on rails! The West Palm beach Brightline station is ready, and it is everything we could have hoped for. Located in the heart of downtown and just steps from Clematis and CityPlace, the Brightline station will soon be the main form of transportation to get from Fort Lauderdale (and soon Miami and Orlando) to West Palm Beach.
