Where else can you celebrate the new year with fried foods, tribute bands and a dance-party extravaganza in comfortable 70-degree weather? From January 18 to February 3, the South Florida Fair rolls into town and turns up the fun in The Palm Beaches. Hundreds of thousands of locals and tourists visit the fair for big-name concerts, more than 200 carnival games, thrilling amusement rides and interesting fair food.
