Third Course – Dessert When you think of dessert, you think of something fun and cool or hot and luscious. Well, Brazilian Beat has you covered on both. While celebrating Brazil’s independence, be sure to enjoy the cool costumes of the beautiful dancers in a Rio-style parade and savor the luscious flavor of Brazilian cuisine and cocktails. You can always blame it on the Bossa Nova!

Beverage Refreshment You can’t have a great meal without tasty beverages. This summer we have three full-bodied affairs for you to sample the local craft breweries of The Palm Beaches, along with added beers and ciders, food and live music and even live animals. (Yes, you heard right: live animals.) Now let’s get to the festivities.

The Palm Beach Summer Beer Fest is held at the South Florida Expo Center in air-conditioned comfort with a variety of delectable eats, live music and more than 150 craft beers. The Craft Beer Bash is a festival with unlimited samplings of craft beer and ciders, music, food and held at the world-famous PGA National Resort & Spa.

Now, remember the animals? Here’s where they come in. With Brew at the Zoo 2, the party is all around you.
