3. Fishing at the Boynton Beach Inlet

The Boynton Inlet, also known as the South Lake Worth Inlet, is an artificial cut through a barrier beach connecting the south end of the Lake Worth Lagoon.

The Inlet offers almost direct access to some of The Palm Beaches’ most beautiful coral and artificial reefs and is home to marine life, which is why divers and anglers love this area!

Shore-based anglers will enjoy beach access on both sides of the Boynton Inlet. There, fishing enthusiasts can catch a variety of fish, including snook, pompano, Spanish mackerel, whiting,  bluefish, croaker, and redfish. North of the Lake Worth Bridge, inshore anglers can catch snook, redfish, trout, and many other species at the Snook Islands Natural Area.

4. Best Bites & Breweries

For waterfront views, dine or drink at Two Georges or Banana Boat, both located in the Boynton Harbor Marina. If traditional Greek cuisine is more your style, stop by Chris’ Taverna. This family-owned eatery is known for its Gyro Wrap, Mediterranean Shrimp dish, and four consecutive Talk of the Town awards since 2010. Be sure to also check out Guaca Go for a healthy and organic avocado-based meal!

And, what if we said there is a selection of more than 300 craft beers from around the world in one location? Take on the challenge of choice and check out Brass Tap Beer Bar. Daily specials, live music, and monthly events make this destination a “must” for beer connoisseurs.
