Join Swank Specialty Produce for a rustic retreat and savor one of its memorable farm-to-table feasts, here in Florida’s “winter breadbasket,” The Palm Beaches.

Each event—there are eight dinners this season—at Swank’s farm in Loxahatchee Groves starts with a tour of its hydroponic growing houses and is followed by an al fresco meal. There, local and nationally known chefs create multi-course meals comprised of goods from Florida’s farmers, ranchers, microbrewers, organic winemakers and other artisans.

Dinners are $160 per person and include a “first bite” and handcrafted cocktail upon arrival, specialty tapas, a three-course sit-down dinner, and dessert—perfectly paired with wines and local brews selected to complement each dish. Entertainment includes music by local bands and artists, a 20-minute tour of Swank’s shade houses.
