We’ve assembled a long list of community leaders, local business partners, and industry experts who are conveniently based in the destination and offer planners the opportunity to integrate a local touch seamlessly into events.  You’ll also have access to industry thought leaders from thriving local industries such as agribusiness, healthcare and technology, to offer value, networking, and educational opportunities to attendees.

Arts & Culture
With a network of talented artisans locally, the Cultural Concierge program at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County can create an immersive experience within the meeting spaces with on-site art installations, performances, and exhibitions, or arrange for a visit to one of the more than 200 cultural institutions in the destination. This past year, local artists such as Camilla Webster, who spoke on “The Art of the Pivot,” have been keynote speakers and panel moderators for events, as well as being on-site to create site-specific artwork for a group, including a piece that was created using recycled materials to create a piece representative of the ecosystems found in Palm Beach County and provided artwork to be showcased on display at the Palm Beach County Convention Center throughout events, an example of the fine touches we can present to localize your meeting.
 

Food & Beverage
Partnerships with local cafes, restaurants, and F&B providers allow us to bring in unique and customized local options to create memorable culinary experiences. Homegrown ingredients and unique presentations give a true taste of the talent and natural bounty that are in large supply in The Palm Beaches. Highlights include:

•  Integrating a hydroponic wall into buffets and other setups, showing the commitment to using local produce for meals at the Palm Beach County Convention Center
• Oceana Coffee and Pumphouse Coffee Roasters can provide local coffee blends and brews in a unique setup for breaks
• Tellus Products provides sustainable paper products and packaging, made from the leftover fibers from producing sugarcane

Wellness

Giveback Opportunities
Partners and ideas for CSR and other giveback activities include:

• Organize an auction to benefit Place of Hope, South Florida's largest and most comprehensive children and families organization, which provides housing and support services for those who have suffered abuse, neglect, abandonment, and human trafficking. 
• Work with local organizations such as Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation to organize beach cleanups, which also serve as team-building activities.

Technology Partners
The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission is a resourceful partner of the CVB and can provide easy access to local production companies and AV resources.

• Local production companies, such as Apex Productions and Burlingame Consultants, are experts in producing video content for both in-person and hybrid meetings
• These local companies are boots on the ground ready to help, train and educate for hassle-free in-person meetings
• For hybrid meetings, they can support with mobile tech packages including green screens, lights, and cameras along with the same commitment to training and education and create interactive and engaging brain breaks to keep attendees engaged between sessions.
