Visit The Palm Beaches This Fall

The Palm Beaches are sunny all year long, but fall is when temperatures cool down and events season heats up.

It all starts with Oktoberfest, when the American German Club of The Palm Beaches brings a biergarten to Lake Worth, Oct. 11-13 and Oct. 18-20. Dine on bratwurst and schnitzel, sip domestic and imported beers, and hear two live bands direct from Oktoberfest in Munich. During the Boynton Beach Haunted Pirate Fest and Mermaid Splash Oct. 26 and 27, land lubbers play pirate for the day—or dress in their mermaid best—for parades, costume contests and more family fun. The fun continues Nov. 2 at LagoonFest, a celebration of Lake Worth Lagoon featuring wildlife presentations, kayak clean-up tours, mural painting and more.

And don’t forget that fall is when the water feels perfect for activities like diving and snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding—or simply exploring our shores. With 47 miles of coastline, there’s a beach for everyone.

This season also brings special offers for visitors looking for a getaway with family or friends, or locals ready for a staycation. Find hotel packages at luxury resorts to midscale hotels, and don’t miss deals on things to do throughout The Palm Beaches. You can even save on spa treatments and fitness offerings all October long as part of Spa & Wellness Month.
