Whether you’re looking to infuse a little friendly competition, want to provide outdoor activities for exercise or are planning a group outing to a game, The Palm Beaches are filled with plenty of opportunities to add a sporty element to your meetings and events.

Bring Golf, Sports & Fitness into Meetings & Events

  • Utilize Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation resources to get moving. Classes for Functional Fitness are offered in Delray Beach’s Morikami Park, or there are a variety of exercise courses, stations and Fitness Zones with equipment located throughout the county.

  • Have a mid-day stretch session by bringing in a local fitness instructor to lead your group through some body movement to relieve tension.

  • Host a “dinner on the diamond” at The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches or Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. Both are well equipped for a one-of-a-kind event that is sure to be a home run.

  • Sponsor a corporate run, such as a 5k race, and incorporate a charity component to benefit an organization that resonates with your attendees. Starting from the Palm Beach County Convention Center, a few choices for running routes include heading west toward Gateway Park and the path around Clear Lake, south through Howard Park or east to Flagler Drive, which follows along the water.

  • Book the Mangroves & Mansions two-hour kayak or stand-up paddleboard tour with Visit Palm Beach for an outing that journeys through the Lake Worth Lagoon section of the Intracoastal Waterway. You’ll get an up-close look at the area’s beautiful natural surroundings and the prime real estate.
