Advertising and Promotions Manager
This position is primarily responsible for managing the development of media assets and deliverables by the advertising and creative agencies to ensure timely production and completion. This role will work internally with marketing leadership and externally with advertising partners/vendors to ensure all brand standards are met on a continuous basis in regards to advertising assets. This role will provide management with regular reports on budgets and cost development/maintenance as well as KPI / ROI support of marketing and advertising campaigns and initiatives. The role oversees, develops and leverages partner promotions to complement marketing and advertising programs, expenditures and campaigns.

Group Sales & Destination Services Internship
Student will report to Global Sales & Destination Services. A project outline will be issued at the beginning of the internship, each week a new component will be introduced that will provide a variety of exposure to the sales organization at DTPB. A variety of weekly duties and special projects will be presented over the course of the internship. Each week, the intern will meet with the Senior Director of Destination Services to evaluate his or her progress, strengths / skills and identify areas he or she would like to be engaged with in greater depth, or level of knowledge and understanding, based on curriculum application.

Business Intelligence gathers an extensive database of research on destination performance and future trends. The wealth of accumulated data has the potential to uncover new insights, improve decision making and resource allocation to grow the tourism economy. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual interested in developing their analytical skills while gaining exposure to internal operations of a Destination Marketing Organization.
