50 Ocean – Savor the most noteworthy night of the year on the beach at the award-winning 50 Ocean in Delray Beach on New Year’s Eve from 5 p.m. to midnight, with the last seating at 10 p.m. Executive Chef Joe Bonavita, Jr. will be showcasing a sumptuous, holiday-inspired feast to enjoy with friends and family on New Year’s Eve. A regular dinner menu will also be available on New Year’s Eve.   Avocado Grill – Continue the holiday celebration on New Year’s Eve with Avocado Grill’s regular menu until 8 p.m. From 9 p.m. to11:30 p.m. Chef Julien Gremaud has planned a special late-night meal for $119 per person with four exceptional courses and a delicious glass of champagne.    Hilton West Palm Beach’s Galley restaurant –  This James Bond-themed party will include special-themed cocktails including The 007 vodka martini – shaken not stirred, and many other fun options. Guests can count down to midnight around the warm fire pits as high-speed Bond chases are broadcasted on-screen around the nautical-themed bar and restaurant. The event is open to the public and includes a champagne toast at midnight and music.   PGA National Resort & Spa’s Ironwood Steak & Seafood – Enjoy a gourmet, four-course dinner Saturday, December 31 from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The gourmet four-course dinner, will be followed by an iBar celebration with DJ, dancing and a balloon drop at midnight in iBar’s luxurious lobby lounge. Spoto’s Oyster Bar – Take a quick trip to seafood paradise, and welcome in the New Year at the award-winning Spoto’s Oyster Bar in Palm Beach Gardens. Enjoy a holiday-inspired menu bursting with sea-to-table starters, and “soul food” favorite entrees. New Year’s Eve dinner hours are 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.   The Chesterfield Hotel’s New Year’s Eve Gala at the Leopard Lounge – Enjoy the annual glittering and glamorous Gala Dinner on Saturday, December 31, featuring a mouthwatering four-course New Year’s menu. The cost to attend the first seating, which takes place at 6 p.m., is $140 per person. The cost to attend the second seating (8:30 p.m.) is $225, and includes dancing, live entertainment, party favors and a Champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are required, as well as jackets and ties for gentlemen.   The Cooper – Ring in the New Year at this farm-to-table hot spot as Executive chef Adam Brown showcases a holiday-inspired menu that epitomizes superb, fresh flavors and a deliciously fierce sense of sustainability. A regular dinner menu will also be available. New Year’s Eve hours are 11:30 a.m. to midnight.   Vic & Angelo’s – Making culinary resolutions come true on the most nostalgic night of the year, Vic & Angelo’s in Palm Beach Gardens invites you to come out to enjoy a four-course prix fixe feast on Saturday, December 31. The prix fix menu is $85 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Limited dinner menu available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. New Year’s Eve hours are 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

ACTIVITIES & EVENTS: AquaNuts New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa – A strictly no grown-ups zone for pint-size partygoers to ring in the New Year with big style. Children will enjoy an evening of fun with a menu of kid-tested favorite flavors, live entertainment, balloon artists, snow cones and more. A countdown with balloon drop and sparkling apple juice toast at midnight will cap off 2016. This AquaNuts celebration takes place on December 31 from 7 p.m. through 12:30 a.m. for $100 per child.   Rock The Block at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort – Boca Raton Resort & Club will ring in the New Year with its fourth annual Rock the Block celebration, an over-the-top New Year’s Eve block party offering live music from hip-hop performer Jay Sean, pop singer Taylor Dayne, and hit duo Nico & Vinz. The event also features an indulgent buffet dinner, deluxe open-bar including champagne, and endless entertainment options for guests of all ages. The resort’s Grand Lawn will even be transformed into a carnival, complete with balloon artists, carnival games, a 300 foot long/30 ft. tall four-lane fun slide, mechanical pirate ship and multiple bounce houses. At midnight, a magnificent private fireworks display overlooking the golf course will ring in 2017 with a bang. This event is open only to resort guests and club members.   New Year’s Eve Rock n’ Roll Tribute at The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa – Ditch the tuxedo or ball gown and prepare for a legendary dance party with award-winning musician Phillip Myers, who is renowned for bringing down the house in nearly every major venue in the country, including Broadway. The exciting welcome to 2017 includes Meyers performing tributes to Elton John and Billy Joel while accompanied by the Phillip Myers Band, a “toes in the sand” beachfront champagne reception, indulgent four-course dinner menu, complimentary full bar with premium spirits, champagne toast and midnight balloon drop, midnight breakfast and a DJ spinning the hottest tunes during a late-night after party. The event kicks off on December 31 at 5 p.m. through 1:30 a.m. for a fee of $265 per resort guest, $495 per couple for resort guests, $525 per couple for non-guests, and $95 for additional guests with Angle dinner reservations.

Fourth Annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration at The Palm Beach Zoo – Stop by the Palm Beach Zoo’s fourth annual Noon Year’s Eve Party this Saturday, December 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a children’s dance party in the Fountain Plaza, face painters, crafts, an apple juice toast, and an “alligator ball” drop fit for children of all ages. This event is included with regular zoo admission.

Sandi Land – The City of West Palm Beach will extend the Sandi Land light shows on New Year’s Eve starting from 6:15 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The show will take place every 15 minutes so families can bring in the New Year with Sandi.   South Florida’s Science Center’s Noon Year’s Eve Celebration – This family-friendly event helps families kick off the year with science demos, themed crafts, music and dancing on Saturday, December 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Families will toast to the New Year with dry ice apple cider when the clock strikes noon. Event is included with paid admission and is free for members.

  Something BIG 2017 with Leslie Glickman – “The biggest free outdoor public yoga class South Florida has ever seenheads back to the Mizner Park Amphitheater on New Year’s Day. All levels and ages are welcome. Join Leslie Glickman and The Yoga Journey Team, along with friends, family, loved ones and other like-minded people as you set your intentions and feel the vibration of over 1000 people during this yoga practice. Check in begins at 10 a.m., with live music yoga at 11 a.m. Pre-register early to reserve your space, as capacity is limited to 1500.
