Galley kicks things off with a Galentine’s Day Cocktail Experience on Feb. 6, featuring a guided mixology class, welcome cocktail, recipe cards, dining perks and valet parking. For Valentine’s Day, couples can indulge in Galley’s four-course prix fixe dinner with Champagne toast on Feb. 14, or opt for an ultra-luxurious 13-course omakase experience at MICHELIN-Selected Moody Tongue Sushi on Feb. 13–14, blending masterful sushi with craft beer pairings.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Le Colonial with a romantic French-Vietnamese prix-fixe dinner on February 14, 2026.
