Make Music Day is coming to Delray Beach! The pop-up music event allows amateur and professional musicians to bring music to the streets of cities worldwide. Sensory-Friendly Sunday at the Norton Museum, West Palm Beach

This is a fun morning for children with sensory needs and their families. Enjoy art, music, art activities, and a quiet space. This Sensory-Friendly Sunday will feature music classes with Whole Vibes and outdoor water play with Rhythm and Hues!

The Museum will open from 10 am – 11 am exclusively to families who have registered, with activities continuing from 11 am – 1 pm once the Museum opens to the public at 11 am.

Full Moon Release Ceremony with Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath, West Palm Beach

Mounts Botanical Garden invites you to the Full Moon Flower Release Ceremony, a transformative event celebrating the last Full Moon of winter. Set in a tranquil garden adorned with aromatic flowers and greenery, this gathering focuses on the healing power of sound and mindful intention. Casa Rituals aims to bring mindfulness into daily life through sound healing and sacred rituals, promoting internal peace and harmony.

Upon arrival, participants will receive a ceremonial smudging and blessing to release daily burdens. They will then partake in a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony with high-quality ceremonial cacao. The event continues with a Release Ritual, teaching how to let go of what no longer serves you. The ceremony concludes with Yoga Nidra meditation and deep sound healing.

Find “Tiny Doors” Hidden in Downtown West Palm Beach

When: May 24 – July 7

The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is launching a one-of-a-kind scavenger hunt in Downtown West Palm Beach that will put participants’ best investigating skills to the test.

Between May 24 and July 7, the DDA will hide “Tiny Doors” at locations throughout Downtown West Palm Beach.  Each week, prizes will be awarded to three explorers who are able to track down these hidden treasures.

The contest is open to the public and offers the community a great opportunity to explore all of what downtown has to offer.

Selected winners will be awarded prizes valued at $100 every week, so there will be plenty of chances to visit “The Center of Paradise” in Downtown West Palm Beach.
