Prior to your arrival, we ask that you and your guests review and sign the following Acknowledgement, Release, and Informed Consent in order to participate in the Palm Beach County Showcase Day at The Breakers Hotel.   

Your safety is our priority.  We encourage you to get tested 48 hours prior to your arrival in The Palm Beaches.  Should you feel completely well and not able to be tested prior to arrival, Discover The Palm Beaches will have complimentary rapid testing available upon your arrival.  Helix Urgent Care will be providing the test as well as daily health screening and temperature checks for everyone’s safety.   We do also ask you to fill out the attached waiver.  Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
