On the Ale Trail: Prosperity Brewers

In this series, we’ll be chatting with local brewmasters about their beers, the local craft brewing scene, and what every visitor should do while they’re here.

Situated among designers and creative workspaces in a warehouse district known as ROC Urban in Boca Raton, Prosperity has an intimate, 3.5-barrel brewhouse that allows them to brew about 110 gallons per batch. Brewing “for a family, not an army” gives them flexibility to produce small batches and play with interesting flavors and twists on classic styles. Their menu is divided into the “Usual Suspects,” like their Intra-KOLSCH-tal Kolsch, and “Here and There” options, like their Jack Talk Thai Guava Sour – both of which are featured on ever-changing taps alongside a handful of guest beers.
