William O. Lockhart Municipal Pier

The fabulous William O. Lockhart Municipal Pier is a popular selfie and photoshoot spot in Lake Worth. After a nice walk between people fishing, you will enjoy great views at the end of the pier. The price to access to the pier is only $1, and $4 for fishing. There is an oceanfront park, restrooms, and picnic facilities a few feet away from the pier. Beach chairs, lounges and cabanas are available to rent at the beach. After a stroll on the beach or on the pier, it’s worth stopping at Benny’s on The Beach, a restaurant located right at the base of the pier. Benny’s on the Beach was founded in 1986 and since then, it has become a popular local dining landmark on the Lake Worth pier. The casual restaurant offers a wide variety of American cuisine, with a focus on seafood. Benny’s offers an innovative menu with plenty of fresh food proposals, as well as cocktails, wine, and beer.

Lake Worth Casino

On the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, the newly reconstructed Lake Worth Casino Building and renovated Beach Complex officially opened to the public on March 1, 2013.  It has quickly become the new travel destination in South Florida. The new casino building remains true to the original 1920’s architecture; and while there is no gambling at the new building, the name “Casino” remains as a reminder of the history and importance of the building to the citizens of Lake Worth. A unique distinction on the second floor of the Casino Building is a 3,000 square foot ballroom that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean with wrap-around terraces and provides a perfect location for private events, weddings, and other special occasions. Visit the Lake Worth Beach Casino Building & Beach Complex on Facebook!
