Palm Beach Polo Season – Wellington

Date: from January 1.

Each January through April, the world’s premier polo players and polo enthusiasts head to The Palm Beaches for top-level competition during Palm Beach Polo Season. All events take place at the National Polo center in Wellington, which presents weekly and often daily events.

Winter Equestrian Festival – Wellington

Date: January 3- March 31

Not only is the Winter Equestrian Festival one of the largest annual sporting events in The Palm Beaches, but it’s also the longest-running equestrian event in the world. It attracts national and international athletes competing for prizes, readying for the Olympics, or beginning careers in equestrian. 

Beginning on January 3rd, the 2024 season will feature 13 weeks of competition, 12 of which will offer FEI classes! Four weeks will be highlighted by CSI5* competition, including the $500,000 Rolex Grand Prix CSI5* during Week Twelve. Fans of the WCHR Hunter Spectacular will be pleased to know it is returning again during Week Six, along with the U25 Grand Prix Series throughout the circuit and the WEF Equitation Championship during Week Eleven.

Boynton Beach Free Monthly Concert Series – Boynton Beach

Date & Time: January 5, 5 pm – 8 pm.
The City of Boynton Beach organizes a free family-friendly monthly concert series on the first Friday of each month at 5 pm. The concerts takes place at the Centennial Park Amphitheater in downtown Boynton Beach. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the concerts on the Amphitheater’s lawn. Lake Worth Beach Bonfire – Lake Worth Beach

Sumi-E Landscape Class at the Morikami – Delray Beach

Date & Time: January 5, 12, 19, 26, 1:30 pm

Sumi-e is a form of Japanese ink painting brought from China in the 12th century. Primarily done in black ink, the name literally means “charcoal drawing” in Japanese. Students grind their own ink using an ink stick and a grinding stone and learn to hold and utilize brushes to create the primary sumi-e brushstrokes. Floral and landscape classes will start with a review of the basic techniques before moving on to the main subject. Beginners welcome!

Fiesta De Pueblo – Greenacres

Date & Time: January 6, 12 pm – 10 pm.
Fiesta De Pueblo is a celebration of the Three Wise Men that provides a unique, cross-cultural family-friendly experience. The event highlights Hispanic culture through music, food, art, and commerce, enabling our Hispanic community to showcase its resources, products and services at our Business Expo.

Supercar Week – West Palm Beach

Date & Time: January 6-14.
The 14th Annual Supercar Week is a 9-day event for auto-enthusiasts with a beautiful Grand Finale on the West Palm Beach Waterfront, Sunday, January 14 from 10 am to 5 pm. The event will feature over a thousand cars of all kinds, including supercars, exotics, luxury, race cars, historical, classics, vintage, Artcars, Jeeps and electric vehicles. Get tickets.

Exhibit Opening: Origami in The Garden – West Palm Beach

Opening Date: January 7.

Don’t miss Mounts Botanical Garden’s next major exhibition: “Origami in The Garden.” The exhibit will be open from January 7 through May 12, 2024.

Created by Santa Fe artists Jennifer and Kevin Box, 20 larger-than-life sculptures inspired by the ancient Japanese art of origami will emerge skyward throughout Mounts—each one a stunning merger of art and nature enhancing and celebrating the verdant environment.

Culture & Cocktails is an informative and fun chat fest that will be held in the beautiful rooftop ballroom of The Ben hotel. The theme of the 19th annual season of the popular series is Looking Back, Looking Forward.

The Dance of the Brush at the Morikami – Delray Beach

Enjoy an evening of music and artistry with Japanese calligraphy master Kihachiro Nishiura. Watch art come to life with each brush stroke by Nishiura as he creates large scale works of art. Each stroke of the brush is purposeful but expressive as it dances across the surface of the paper alongside enchanting music by Fushu Daiko’s musical ensemble. The International Contemporary and Modern Art Fair of the Americas Art Palm Beach is internationally renowned as the premiere mid-winter contemporary art fair in The Palm Beaches by both art critics and enthusiasts. It is Palm Beach County’s longest running fair dedicated to contemporary, emerging, and modern master works of art of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Following the success of our inaugural edition in 2023, Art Palm Beach will return from January 24 to 28, 2024 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Palm Beach Cavallino Classic Palm Beach

Dates: January 25-28

Widely recognized as the foremost gathering of Ferraris in the United States, the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic returns to South Florida for its 33rd annual event celebrating the beauty, speed, history, and art of the Ferrari marque. The finest collectors from all continents will gather alongside thousands of experts, enthusiasts, and tastemakers of all ages to celebrate Ferrari’s excellence. Since 1992, the Cavallino Classic has served as the temple of the preservation of Enzo Ferrari’s legacy.

The four-day event offers a variety of entertainment opportunities for attendees:
The iconic Tour d’Eleganza, a scenic drive which serves as a “pilgrimage” to the event and is open to all Ferrari models.

The tour is followed by the highly anticipated Party Under the Stars and Tour d’Eleganza Awards Presentation.

During the historic Concorso d’Eleganza, the beautiful lawns of The Breakers in Palm Beach will flourish with some of the world’s rarest and perfectly restored or carefully preserved Ferraris. The evening includes an Awards Presentation & Car Parade, when the deserving winners will parade their Ferraris across the red carpet to receive their trophy.

The Grand Finale of this year’s Concorso consists of a Gourmet Dinner, meant to serve as a fusion of culture and culinary experience with cuisine from world-renowned Michelin-star chefs and special entertainment.

The weekend will close with the Classic & Sports Sunday car show and charity brunch.
