With a culinary background as a mixologist and cookbook author and a family immersed in hospitality— my mom is a French chef and my dad a restaurateur—you could say that a taste for culinary adventure runs through my veins. I grew up in Montreal and spent over 20 additional years in NYC, two great gastronomic destinations, and spent even more time eating my way through my travels in South America, Asia, and Europe. I’ve been calling The Palm Beaches home now for almost a decade, and I’ve been on the delicious foreground witnessing it’s flourishing foodscape
