Through the entire month of October, enjoy award-winning spas and wellness offerings at exclusive, limited-time prices during Spa & Wellness Month in The Palm Beaches. The featured spa therapies, wellness experiences and healthful treats will bring you some much-needed pampering in this beautiful part of South Florida – all for a good cause! In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every participating business will donate a portion of its proceeds to the Palm Beach County chapter of the American Cancer Society.

Local bloggers experienced for themselves a few of the luxurious treatments, and found that they didn’t have to venture far from home to find their Zen. Here are some of their recommended spa spots that you can try for yourself during #Spatober in #ThePalmBeaches:

“At PGA National Resort and Spa, I tried the Tickled Pink Pedicure and the Blushing Pink Rose Massage. The massage was first and it was lovely. My pressure requests were accommodated, and I will note. Some masseuses are afraid to give me a scalp massage. This woman dove right on in and my scalp is now in love with her. My pedicure was up next and I am going to say something dramatic, but I need you to know I’m 100% serious. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. And I’ve had about 50 million pedicures in my life in various countries, cities, and venues ranging from uber luxe, to ultra budget. This was by far the best pedicure, ever. When you go, ask for Gloria. She’s dope, and she’ll leave your feet feeling like the softest silk.” –OK, Dani, in her blog post It’s Spatober in The Palm Beaches!

“I started off my visit (to Kaffee’s Garden Spa) with a massage by Stacy (as part of the Discover Spa and Wellness package). The massage room is beautiful with a backlit Himalayan pink salt wall and warming salt rocks. As the lights dim the glow of the wall is tranquil and relaxing. A state of the art Halogenerator produces a micronized aerosol of purified salt mist that flows into the room providing health benefits to the respiratory system and skin. The room features 2 tables for a couples massage option. Stacy is a fantastic therapist with strong hands and a lovely personality. She used the hot salt rocks during my massage and it was delightful.” –Eat Palm Beach, in her blog post West Palm Beach: Kaffee’s Garden Spa

“I got a Silk Peel Facial (at Cosmo and Company Salon and Spa) that left my skin feeling glowing and refreshed. In a nutshell, this peel involved a gentle non-invasive exfoliation, followed by the infusion of a solution to revitalize the skin. Mani-pedis, hair trims, blowouts and full makeup applications later we were all glammed up and ready for a bite to eat.” –Fit Golfer Girl, in her blog post The Palm Beaches...
