Banko Cantina

Banko Cantina is a Tex-Mex restaurant and tequila bar in in a 1921 landmark building in downtown West Palm Beach. The restaurant features Northern-style Mexican cooking, reflecting the region’s desert climate and ranching culture. Techniques like the use of wood fire and outdoor cooking help develop the distinct smoky flavors of the menu’s locally inspired tacos, steaks and mesquite-grilled skewers. Open since 1933, Roxy’s Pub is a downtown West Palm Beach staple celebrated as the place “where the locals hang.” At this Clematis Street restaurant and bar, enjoy the laid-back Irish pub setting on the first floor, then venture to the rooftop, Sky 309, for a tropical alfresco atmosphere with views of downtown. Soaring 13 floors above downtown West Palm Beach, Treehouse is the poolside, rooftop bar at the new Canopy by Hilton hotel. Treehouse offers a sharable menu of fresh, Florida-fusion cuisine sourced locally whenever possible, including some dishes from sister restaurant Banter, also located at the hotel. Pair your food with a handcrafted cocktail and stunning views of the city, Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean beyond.

Buddha Sky Bar

This chic hot spot on lively Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach serves inventive Asian Fusion cuisine, including sushi, dim sum and traditional robata-grilled meat and seafood. Its immersive décor complements the food, drawing primarily on Chinese and Japanese influences. Buddha Sky Bar’s can’t-miss bonus? The third-floor restaurant has a glass-enclosed rooftop that offers unmatched views of Delray Beach.

Topside at Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street

Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street is a multi-faceted gathering space in Jupiter Inlet Village that includes two restaurants, a rooftop bar and observatory, and a boutique seafood market – all set against unobstructed views of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. Founders Charlie Modica and Joe Namath wanted to create a welcoming place to honor Jupiter’s nautical culture and deep fishing roots. Upstairs, Topside is a rooftop tapas bar with extensive tiki-style cocktails and Polynesian-inspired decor.

Spruzzo at The Ben

Located atop The Ben, an Autograph Collection hotel in West Palm Beach, Spruzzo blends vast Intracoastal views, inventive craft cocktails and Mediterranean-style cuisine in a sleek alfresco bar and lounge space. Featuring shareable dishes and small plates, Spruzzo’s menu draws on Italian, French and Spanish influences. An extensive raw bar and signature seafood tower with lobster, prawns, oysters and king crab legs are also offered throughout the day.

Elisabetta’s West Palm Beach

On the West Palm Beach waterfront, the 300-seat Elisabetta’s West Palm Beach includes a massive multi-tiered patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway – so massive that it includes a regulation sized bocce ball court, a 25-foot-tall fireplace, an indoor/outdoor bar, a 19th century gelato cart, an outside pizza oven and four vintage gazebos. A sister restaurant to Boca Raton’s Louie Bossi’s, Elisabetta’s serves some of that restaurant’s classic dishes, like in-house dry-aged steaks, but also offers expanded seafood, chicken and salad options, as well as house-made pastas, breads, sauces, baked goods and gelato. Wine lovers can choose from more than 70 wines by the glass and a 400-bottle wine list.
