Executive Chef Jordan Lerman has put together a Thanksgiving at Beacon featuring wood-roasted sunchoke soup, stuffed turkey with pomme puree, cranberry marmalade, honey-roasted fall squash, Brussels sprouts salad and roasted turkey jus. These holiday offerings will be served alongside a limited menu of favorites, including charred Spanish octopus, bucatini cacio e pepe and the local catch. Finish on a sweet note with pumpkin pie, tiramisu or Chef Woo’s signature deconstructed apple tart.
