Executive Chef Jordan Lerman has put together a Thanksgiving at Beacon featuring wood-roasted sunchoke soup, stuffed turkey with pomme puree, cranberry marmalade, honey-roasted fall squash, Brussels sprouts salad and roasted turkey jus. These holiday offerings will be served alongside a limited menu of favorites, including charred Spanish octopus, bucatini cacio e pepe and the local catch. Finish on a sweet note with pumpkin pie, tiramisu or Chef Woo’s signature deconstructed apple tart.

Pistache French Bistro 

West Palm Beach 
Pistache offers a view of the downtown West Palm Beach Waterfront Commons. Chef de cuisine Isaac Cerny is preparing his special three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving feast, including the traditional all-natural heritage breed turkey dinner, along with other Pistache classics and sides. Sip rosé and crack the top of a crème brulee while toasting to the holiday.

Chef Matthew Byrne’s kitchen will be serving takeaway Thanksgiving from its West Palm Beach location. The Breakers Palm Beach
