Attendees will learn from the basics up to expert level techniques in these all-encompassing sessions. Classes are an individual attention teaching style in order to accommodate each student’s personal skill level.

Drawing focus will be on the 6 basic elements; Line, Shape, Form, Texture, Value and Space. We will also spend time with other foundational aspects such as proportion, depth and perspective.

Painting will explore basic techniques, color theory, tool selection, unconventional approaches and best practice.

Fee: $50 “drop in” per session or $40 per session if you commit (and pay for 4) 

Drawing supplies needed (not included): Pencils, 2H, 4H, 2B, 4B pencils, eraser, eraser stick, sketchbook 12” x 16” or bigger.

Painting supplies needed (not included): Canvas, acrylic paint set, brushes, pallet, color wheel
