Featuring a distinguished selection of wines from Napa Valley’s celebrated producer, each course has been thoughtfully crafted by Corporate Executive Chef Taylor Balderson and Executive Chef of Culinary Creation Anderson Osorio to complement the character and complexity of every pour.
The evening’s highlight is the rare 2021 Far Niente Benson Vale Cabernet Sauvignon, an Exclusive Winery Release produced in extremely limited quantities and available primarily through Far Niente’s winery and collector program. Rarely found on restaurant wine lists, this exceptional Oakville Cabernet offers guests a unique opportunity to experience one of Napa Valley’s most sought-after wines.
Cocktail reception begins at 6:30 PM, followed by a multi-course dinner at 7:00 PM.
