Indulge in a night of elegance with a grand selection of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, followed by a perfectly crafted dinner, all complemented by fine white, sparkling, and red wines. Savor an array of fine wines, including exceptional selections from Germany’s world-famous wine regions. Then, let the music guide you to the dance floor as a live band sets the stage for an unforgettable evening of wine, dining, and lively festivity.

Event Highlights:

Live Band: Experience the lively entertainment of The Band Vizcaya and enjoy an evening filled with music, dancing, and celebration.

Wine samples: Enjoy five included wine samples featuring a variety of white, sparkling, and red wines. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover new favorites and savor exceptional flavors throughout the evening.

Culinary Experience: Enjoy a chef crafted multi-course food experience. 

• Hors d’oeuvres: Choose from over 20 Hot and Cold Appetizers

• Soup/Salad Course: Choose from Butternut Squash Soup or Field Green Salad with Citrus Champagne Vinaigrette 

• Main Course: Choose from Traditional Beef Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus or Atlantic Cod with Asparagus 

• Dessert Course: Choose from Assorted Petit Fours, Apple Strudel with Chantilly Vanilla Sauce, or Berries with Fresh Whipped Cream

Heimatklänge and Volkstanzgruppe: Our singing group will delight you with traditional German songs and our folk dance group will showcase lively, authentic dances.

Event Schedule:

• Event hours are 5 PM – 11 PM   

• Wine tasting from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 

• Appetizers served from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM 

• Dinner is served from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
