Michelin and The Palm Beaches, Florida, announce a partnership for the 2025 event

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – April 18, 2025 The Palm Beaches’ dining scene is shining brightly after the Florida 2025 MICHELIN Guide ceremony on April 17 in Orlando, Florida. Eight restaurants from The Palm Beaches were honored by MICHELIN for their excellence and distinctive contributions to the region’s vibrant culinary landscape.

MICHELIN has become the international benchmark for restaurant and hotel guides. MICHELIN awards one, two, or three stars for the best restaurants experienced by its inspectors. A single star means a spot offers “high-quality cooking” that’s “worth a stop.” A two-star restaurant is recognized when the restaurant provides “excellent cooking” and is “worth a detour.” Three stars go to those restaurants with “exceptional cuisine” and is “worth a special journey.” MICHELIN also presents restaurants with Green Stars for sustainable initiatives and Bib Gourmand awards, which highlight restaurants that inspectors consider to be the best value for money.  Recommended restaurants are recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for serving above average meals, typified by quality ingredients that are well-cooked.
