2. Boca Raton Museum of Art

As a leading cultural institution in South Florida, this museum attracts more than 200,000 visitors annually to its galleries and programs. The 44,000-square-foot facility has achieved international recognition for its dynamic changing exhibitions and distinguished permanent collection. The museum’s many public programs include artist presentations, family activities, and art classes at its studio Art School. 3. Gumbo Limbo Nature Center 

This joint project hosts environmental programs for all ages, as well as sea turtle-themed activities and events – sea turtle summer camps, turtle walks, hatchling release observations, and free outdoor marine feedings, to name a few. Admission is free, but a suggested $5 donation per person is always welcome.

4. Town Center at Boca Raton

5. The Wick Theatre & Costume Museum 

The Costume Museum at the Wick Theatre is an astounding exhibit of the finest costumes ever brought to the Broadway stage by the most honored and respected designers in the history of the American Musical Theatre. This incredible venue houses a collection of original costumes from more than 50 Broadway productions and revivals with an estimated value of more than $20 million. Tours are available, as are theater shows, cabaret, and dining on sumptuous fare at the elegant Tavern Room, a loving homage to the famed Tavern-on-the-Green® complete with the lovely china and crystal from that iconic restaurant. 6. Red Reef Park 

Red Reef Park is a secluded, heavily foliaged area that’s a favorite haunt for a variety of small birds. Bring your camera and see if you can capture images of larger and more spectacular birds on the ocean side of the park. Snorkeling at the park’s south end and surf fishing are popular leisure activities, and access to the beach is available with many parking options. 7. FAU Stadium

Located on the campus of Florida Atlantic University, FAU Stadium is a multi-purpose open-air stadium consisting of 30,000 seats, 32 boxes, and 24 luxury suites. Home to the annual RoofClaim Boca Raton Bowl, FAU Stadium has also hosted other major sporting events, including the NCAA Women’s Soccer College Cup and a U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team friendly. 8. Sugar Sand Park 

Whether you’re in search of something that inspires you, ignites your creativity, stimulates you mentally, or challenges you physically, there’s a range of thrilling experiences waiting for you at Sugar Sand Park. Visit the Children’s Science Explorium to learn about the fantastic world of science, take a spin around the carousel, see a show up-close-and-personal at the Willow Theatre, or enjoy the science playground for fun for all ages. 9. Daggerwing Nature Center

Daggerwing Nature Center is set within the beautiful confines of Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park. Features include a 3,000-square-foot exhibit hall with live animals and interactive state-of-the-art exhibits, classroom facilities, laboratory, lobby, reading area, and an elevated boardwalk which takes you on a relaxing journey through a swamp. The boardwalk has two trails and bench-style seating, as well as an observation tower available for you to view the abundant plant and animal life, including osprey, woodpeckers, butterflies, endangered wood storks, alligators, and a variety of bromeliads.

10. The Boca Raton Historical Society

Visitors can immerse themselves in the rich history of Boca Raton at the Boca Raton Historical Society, located in the historic 1927 Town Hall, originally designed by Addison Mizner and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
