1. 350,000 sq ft of meeting space

Palm Beach County Convention Center boasts 350,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art meeting space, including a 100,000 sq ft exhibit hall, a 22,000 sq ft ballroom, and 21,000 square feet of flexible breakout space divisible into 19 rooms.
The 100,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall’s ceiling is just under 30 feet. The floor’s boxes are 30 feet apart, allowing for data, electricity, and voice capabilities for each booth. Ten loading dock bays make move-ins seamless.

The AAA 4-Diamond Hilton West Palm Beach is connected to the Convention Center via a short indoor hallway. The hotel offers 400 rooms, as well as more than 29,000 total sq ft of indoor/outdoor function and event space. Amenities include a resort-style pool, poolside cabanas, live music, fitness classes, lawn games, and a sophisticated restaurant.

Not only is the convention center connected to a 400-room hotel, but it is also surrounded by over 1,200 guestrooms within a walkable 1-mile radius.
The Canopy by Hilton is just 0.3 miles from Palm Beach County Convention Centerilton. The Ben is a 208-room luxury boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The AKA West Palm Beach is the perfect option for longer stays featuring sophisticated studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, and residences.

By car, by plane, by boat, or by train, Palm Beach County Convention Center is easily accessible by all. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is just three miles away and offers an average of 200 daily flight arrivals and departures from 13 airlines. PBI serves more than 6.7 million passengers annually and was named 5th Best Domestic Airport in Travel + Leisure’s 2022 World’s Best Awards, 5th Best Airport in the U.S. in Conde Nast Traveler’s 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards, and Best in the U.S. for Shortest Overall TSA Wait Times by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

7. Sustainability practices 

Environmental sustainability is a fundamental part of the convention center’s daily operations. The center is dedicated to reducing its environmental impact by saving energy, reducing, reusing, and recycling.
The Convention Center recycles and collects 91,00 lbs of all manner of paper, and cardboard materials from events, offices, and their kitchen annually. They also recycle glass, bottles, cans, cooking oil and grease, toner cartridges, and batteries of all seized and all spent lamps. The housekeeping department uses Green Seal Certified cleaning products. The center has also minimized the use of disposable plates and utensils and found it better to use/wash catering dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.

9. Complimentary Wi-Fi 

Wi-Fi is free anywhere within Palm Beach County Convention Center. Attendees can save their data usage and log on to the building-wide internet access to surf the web at no additional cost. Extensive internet services other than general Wi-Fi require 45-day advance notification.
