This season’s grand exhibition at the Palm Beach County History Museum offers an immersive experience with artifacts, stories, and interactive elements that highlight the legacy of The Palm Beaches tourism.

Visitors will be treated to a sensory journey, where they can explore a 140-year-old diary through the lens of modern technology, listen to the sultry jazz once played at the iconic Sunset Lounge, and marvel at the never-before-exhibited paintings by the legendary Highwaymen.

Artist in Residence: Kyle Lucks

The ‘Wish You Were Here’ exhibit is thrilled to feature Kyle Lucks as its artist in residence. Lucks, a prodigious talent born with an innate drive to create, has been transforming his imagination into visual art from a young age. Growing up in a family steeped in creativity, he honed his skills by sketching from his father’s library of sports books, a passion that led to his first notable achievement at just 12 years old when one of his hockey drawings was published in Sports Illustrated.

Lucks has since channeled his passion for sports and visual art into large-scale portraits of athletes, musicians, and cultural icons. His work captures the intensity and emotion of these subjects, whether it’s a triumphant touchdown or a poignant acoustic performance.
