Along the Atlantic

With more than 47 miles of Atlantic Ocean coastline, The Palm Beaches are home to some of the most breathtaking beaches and venues around. Whether you want to have your toes in the sand or the ocean as your backdrop, you have some amazing spots to check out.

If you are looking to have private access to the beachfront to host your wedding on the sand, make sure to check out the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa where you can do just that. It’s a beautiful spot reserved just for you that you can make truly your own.

At Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, you can host a luxurious soiree with the Atlantic Ocean crashing behind you. From intimate gatherings at beachfront cabanas to larger affairs in the courtyard, you will have plenty of options to choose from for your wedding.

Another wonderful option for a beachfront wedding is the Delray Sands Resort in Highland Beach. You have a choice of hosting your ceremony in the sand or on the private patio overlooking the ocean. Both are options are incredibly beautiful.

Love by the Water

Getting married by the water is not exclusively reserved for being by the ocean. In The Palm Beaches, there are wedding venues on the Intracoastal, on lakes or beside beautiful waterfalls. Finding these types of venues may require a little more research, but it’s worth the search.
The Pelican Club features one of the most epic views of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Loxahatchee River. Perched directly on the water across from the lighthouse, you can’t miss the view whether you are on the patio or in the ballroom. It is truly stunning!
A venue you may not think of as waterfront is Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. The beautiful garden path winds around a lake that is the backdrop for ceremonies and outdoor receptions. You can explore the gardens for your wedding photos as well.
Many of The Palm Beaches’ country and golf clubs offer waterfront options as well. Breakers West Country Club in West Palm Beach is a great example that offers an idyllic setting for weddings at the ninth hole. What golfers see as a water hazard transforms into a picturesque backdrop for your wedding. You can also hop on a golf cart and search other parts of the course for beautiful photo spots.
With backyard weddings becoming so popular, you can even consider hosting your wedding at a private residence that overlooks the water. You are going to have a blast discovering these waterfront options and figuring out which works best for your big day.

Going for a Boat Ride

If you are looking for something unique for your wedding that most guests will have never experienced, chartering a yacht or catamaran is such a fun option. These vessels can host your ceremony and reception on board while cruising down the Intracoastal Waterway or staying docked if preferred.

Delray Yacht Cruises, Lots of Yachts and the Hakuna Matata from Visit Palm Beach are all wonderful options if you’re going to take your wedding out on the water. Keep in mind that capacity varies from vessel to vessel, so you’ll need a good idea of your guest count when you contact them.
