Love by the Water

Getting married by the water is not exclusively reserved for being by the ocean. In The Palm Beaches, there are wedding venues on the Intracoastal, on lakes or beside beautiful waterfalls. Finding these types of venues may require a little more research, but it’s worth the search.

The Pelican Club

The Pelican Club features one of the most epic views of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Loxahatchee River. Perched directly on the water across from the lighthouse, you can’t miss the view whether you are on the patio or in the ballroom. It is truly stunning!

Breakers West Country Club

Many of The Palm Beaches’ country and golf clubs offer waterfront options as well. The Breakers West Country Club in West Palm Beach is a great example that offers an idyllic setting for weddings at the ninth hole. What golfers see as a water hazard transforms into a picturesque backdrop for your wedding. You can also hop on a golf cart and search other parts of the course for beautiful photo spots.

Going for a Boat Ride

If you are looking for something unique for your wedding that most guests will have never experienced, chartering a yacht or catamaran is such a fun option. These vessels can host your ceremony and reception on board while cruising down the Intracoastal Waterway or staying docked if preferred. Delray Yacht Cruises and Lots of Yachts are all wonderful options if you’re going to take your wedding out on the water. Keep in mind that capacity varies from vessel to vessel, so you’ll need a good idea of your guest count when you contact them.
