Water Adventure Awaits
It’s all about the water in Lake Park, whether gliding on the surface or discovering the depths.

Snorkel, dive, and thrive! The Blue Heron Bridge is one of The Palm Beaches’ best snorkel and dive sites and just minutes away from Lake Park! Internationally known as a top dive site and named “Best Shore Diving in The Americas,” you can see beautiful tropical fishes, octopuses, seahorses, manatees, and even statues and small boat wrecks in these clear blue waters. The best part about diving or snorkeling here is its accessibility—you can wade out from the shore at Phil Foster Park in Riviera Beach and begin exploring in a matter of minutes. Depths range from just four feet to 20, making it ideal for divers of all levels.
Located just a stone’s throw from Lake Park, Peanut Island is one of the area’s most iconic parks. This 80-acre oasis is a go-to for both locals and visitors, especially on weekends. Bring your boat or kayak out to the island—or hop aboard the Peanut Island Shuttle Boat if you don’t have your own.
Traveling with kids? Rapids Water Park in Riviera Beach delivers over 40 exhilarating slides and attractions. With thrill rides, lazy rivers, and splash zones, it’s a 35-acre adventure perfect for the whole family.
When the sun begins to set, the town of Lake Park offers plenty of ways to unwind. Craft beer lovers will find themselves at home at Coastal Karma Brewing, a welcoming space with “good beers, good times, and good karma.” For an art-meets-brews experience, head to The Brewhouse Gallery, a creative hub where local artwork fills the walls while live music sets the tone. Another local favorite, The Kelsey City Brewing Company, pays homage to Lake Park’s history with inventive beers and a neighborhood feel. And if you’d prefer to relax outdoors, Kelsey Park offers a serene green space along the Intracoastal Waterway, perfect for a picnic, a waterfront stroll, or simply soaking in the view.
In Lake Park, you’ll also find a full lineup of community events throughout the year:
