	Donna Walker-Kuhne President Walker International Communications Group	Donna Walker-Kuhne is an award winning thought leader, writer and strategist for community engagement, audience development and social justice. She is President of Walker International Communications Group, a 30 year old boutique marketing and audience development consulting agency. She provides consulting services to numerous arts organizations throughout the world and has generated over $22m in earned income. She is also Senior Advisor, Community Engagement, New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Currently her portfolio includes social justice initiatives and Equity Diversity Inclusion workshops. She is a veteran of over 22 Broadway productions and her nonprofit clients include Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, New York State Council on the Arts and Seattle Theatre Group.
	Natalie Walker-Winfield Equity and Inclusion Officer Stanford National Accelerator Lab (SLAC)	Natalie Holder is the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer of the Stanford National Accelerator Lab (SLAC). She uses her employment law background to strategize the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) infrastructure for organizations. She is the author of Exclusion: Strategies for Increasing Diversity in Recruitment, Retention, and Promotion (ABA Publishing 2014), which explores how subtle biases interfere with engagement—and subsequently innovation—in the workplace. Her commentary has been featured in the New York Times, Huffington Post, Diversity Insight Magazine, Diversity Executive, the New York Law Journal, and Good Morning Connecticut. She is a frequent speaker, trainer and presenter on employment compliance and DEI issues.
	Julia Dattolo CEO & President CareerSource Palm Beach County	Julia Dattolo entered the US Navy as a Direct Commission upon graduation from the University of New Hampshire. She served as a Nurse Corps Officer for 22 years before retiring. She obtained her Master’s Degree at UCLA while stationed at El Toro, California. She culminated her Naval career in 2006 as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Hospital Jacksonville Detachment Unit, Naval Operational Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL. As a nurse, Julia was a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist working concurrently in hospitals in the location of her duty stations. Upon retirement, Julia redirected her life to focus on her children and then returned to the workforce and a career to assisting disabled war veterans find suitable employment through managing the Veterans Employment unit at CareerSource Palm Beach County. Currently Julia is on the Executive Board of Directors of the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund and is the CEO/President of CareerSource Palm Beach County.
	Dr. Elsa DeGoias Disability Services Manager CareerSource Palm Beach County	Dr. Elsa DeGoias has over 20 years of experience providing vocational and healthcare services to youth and adults. She has held various leadership positions including Director of Service Excellence, Environmental Services Assistant Director, Training and Development Manager, and, most recently, Disability Services Manager at CareerSource Palm Beach County. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with all levels of staff, enhanced client satisfaction, and increased employee engagement through team building and strategic planning. Presently, she is very active in her position working to enhance the lives of clients with Autism, and other diverse disabilities, through job placement and retention.
	Michelle Landery Senior Director of Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion NextEra Energy	Michelle Landery serves as senior director of engagement, diversity & inclusion at NextEra Energy, Inc. She leads employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion as well as equal employment opportunity compliance efforts. Michelle facilitates 12 employee resource groups, the corporate diversity council, the executive diversity council, and the racial equity team that reports to the Chairman and CEO. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Michelle worked in Atlanta for Coca-Cola’s North America business for nine years in organizational change management, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Michelle also spent nearly six years as a management consultant with Accenture. Michelle’s passion for people has guided her professional career, and she prides herself on investing time in her role as mentor to many.
	Ricky Wade Owner & Operator “B”ing the Best, Inc., McDonald’s Franchisee	Ricky Wade is a McDonald’s franchisee of thirty restaurants in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Mr. Wade’s business presence and personal involvement enriches our local communities. His time is dedicated to overseeing his business and giving back to the community. Committed to reinforcing positive lifestyle habits, he works closely with many organizations. He’s the Vice President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida, and a Board member of Palm Beach State College, Urban League of Palm Beach County, The Honda Classic, The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Foundation. 	Keith James Mayor City of West Palm Beach	Keith James was elected Mayor of the City of West Palm Beach on March 12, 2019. Focused on creating a community of opportunity for all, Mayor James has a vision for West Palm Beach that is resident-driven. Mayor James is committed to creating a customer friendly culture that focuses on neighborhood initiatives, regional collaboration and community partnerships. Mayor James is the City’s first African-American “strong” mayor, whereby the Mayor is the City’s Chief Executive Officer directing the administrative structure and the City’s fourth African-American Mayor. Prior to being elected Mayor, Keith James served as the District 4 City Commissioner from 2011 – 2019, serving as President of the Commission twice. During this time, Mayor James helped create West Palm Beach’s strategic plan, finance plan, water plan and mobility plan. Mayor James has been a part of the leadership that has led West Palm Beach from the depths of the recession to the booming metropolis we have today. Mayor James is the Immediate Past President of the Palm Beach County League of Cities, where he championed a collaborative approach to solving regional and state issues on equality, home-rule, health and addiction challenges, and transportation.
	Carla Harris CEO The People Institute	Carla Harris has a 20+ year history helping organizations serve clients better by focusing on the dynamics of workplace culture and cultivating synergy across teams. At The People Institute, she leads the charge as CEO to shift the focus from the bottom line to the people who form the heartbeat of any organization. In 2020, Carla hosted the Racial Awareness & Cultural Equity (R.A.C.E.) Town Halls to address the lack of structural diversity in companies, government agencies, and community organizations. As a result of the town halls, The People Institute created the Shift the Culture of Corporate Diversity Challenge which is a six-month challenge companies can accept to proactively move forward in becoming a 21st Century Workplace.
	Dave Lawerence President & CEO Cultural Council for Palm Beach County	Dave Lawrence serves as the chief arts advocate for the arts and cultural community, with work including the development of grants and initiatives for arts and cultural organizations and professional artists, cultural tourism, organizational development, marketing, advocacy and arts policy development, strategic planning, and public art. Prior to his appointment at the Cultural Council, he was the president & CEO of the Arts Council of Indianapolis. He conceived, created and launched Indianapolis’ citywide murals program, 46 for XLVI, which received national and international acclaim and for which he received Indianapolis’ NUVO Cultural Vision Award. Dave created innovative arts infusion strategies for major sporting events such as the 2005 US World Swimming Trials, the 2015 NCAA Men’s Final Four and the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500. Dave was a member of the Host Committee Co-Chair for Cultural & Arts Programs for Super Bowl XLVI. In August of 2018, Dave was named a Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Eric Holcomb, one of Indiana’s highest honors. Dave received a B.A. in communication from DePauw University.
	Charlene Farrington Executive Director Spady Cultural Heritage Museum	Charlene Farrington is the executive director of Expanding and Preserving Our Cultural Heritage, Inc., (EPOCH) a non-profit organization established to preserve and share black history. Charlene took over leadership of the organization in 2012 and has implemented a consistently high quality exhibition schedule, strengthened relationships with stakeholders in the government and private sectors, and increased revenue and redefined the museum’s cultural programs and events. As a result of Charlene’s passion for her work, she and the museum have received several awards and recognitions for achievements in the preservation of black history and most recently she was awarded the Judge James R. Knott Historical Contribution Award presented by the Palm Beach County Historical Society.
	Fatima NaJame President & CEO Palm Beach Photographic Centre	Fatima NeJame is co-founder & CEO of the Palm Beach Photographic Centre, located in West Palm Beach, FL. A native of Peru, Fatima holds a MA in Mathematics from Villanova University. She is an accomplished artist with many awards for her color photography, and is a contributor to the Focal Encyclopedia of Photography on the subject of color photography and printing. Fatima has been teaching digital photography for 23 years. She oversees day-to-day operations, marketing, and programming for museum exhibitions, evening lectures, workshops, FOTOFusion, and outreach programs at the Photographic Centre.
	Tania Castroverde Moskalenko Executive Director Miami City Ballet in the Palm Beaches	Tania Castroverde Moskalenko joined Miami City Ballet (MCB) as Executive Director in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading complex performing arts institutions and guiding them through strategic, financial, and operational turnarounds. At MCB, she oversees finance, fundraising and development, marketing and communications, community engagement, human resources, and the business side of MCB School. She also works closely with government, civic, and community-based partners throughout Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward counties. In addition, CastroverdeMoskalenko established a multi-constituency steering committee to create MCB’s first DEI framework. Sixty days after her arrival at MCB, she introduced an ambitious plan for a $55MM campaign to ensure MCB’s long-term financial health. The 4-year Transforming Lives Campaign has raised 90% of its goal and is on track to be completed on-time, in April of 2022.
	James Green Director Palm Beach County Community Services Department	James Green is currently director of the Palm Beach County Community Services Department where he leads the county’s efforts in an array of programs to assist homeless youth and families, domestic violence victims, senior citizens, veterans, special needs and the farmworker population. He recently engaged leaders across various sectors to begin developing a comprehensive plan to end homelessness and reduce child poverty in Palm Beach County. In 2015, he served as director of the Outreach and Community Programming (OCP) division of the Palm Beach County Youth Services Department. As director of OCP, he served as a lead strategist for the Birth to 22 Alliance in the development of a cradle-to-career countywide Youth Master Plan. The County Mayor also appointed James as leader for President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Initiative where he established the MBK Network and developed strategies to recruit mentors, review internal policies and create economic opportunities for boys and young men of color.
	Elliott Ferguson President & CEO Destination DC	Elliott Ferguson serves as President and CEO of Destination DC(DDC), the official destination marketing organization for Washington, DC. A 30-year veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, Ferguson leads DDC’s efforts to generate economic opportunity for the District through meetings and tourism, overseeing the organization’s convention and tourism sales, marketing, finance and business development operations. Ferguson began his tenure with DDC in December 2001 as the Vice President of Convention Sales, became Senior Vice President of Convention Sales and Services in 2005 and has served as President and CEO since 2009. Ferguson was National Chair of the board of directors for the U.S. Travel Association from February 2019 to February 2021, where he guided the board and association’s efforts to advance policies that facilitate more international and domestic travel. He is currently chair of the compensation committee. In January 2021, he was named Board Chair of Tourism Diversity Matters, an organization focused on creating diversity, equity and inclusion opportunities at all levels of the workforce.
	Dr. David Campt Founder and Principal The Dialogue Company	Dr. David Wiley Campt, often called “The Dialogue Guy,” is a renowned expert in inclusion and equity, cultural competence, civic engagement, and intergroup dialogue. He has focused on antiracism work while partnering with the US military, The White House, global corporations, international organizations, higher education, professional associations, faith-based groups, and non-profits. David has authored many books, including The Little Book of Dialogue for Difficult Subjects (2007), Compassion Transforms Contempt (2020), and he is the creator of the White Ally Toolkit initiative which has a series of workbooks and educational resources. His work on dismantling racism was featured by several prominent media outlets, including Think Progress, NPR, Bold TV, The New York Times, and The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. David received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley. His doctoral studies were also completed at UC Berkeley’s urban planning department, where his dissertation focused on ways that social service administrators can modify their organizations to make them more responsive to African-American populations’ cultural realities.
	Daryl Houston Interim VP for Community Impact Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties	Daryl Houston is the Interim Vice President for Community Impact at the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties. In this capacity, he provides strategic leadership for the Community Foundation’s grantmaking, community leadership and collaboration efforts. He also works with current donors to help direct their philanthropic interests and manages the Foundation’s Community Revitalization portfolio of grantees and potential grantees. He has spent the last 21 years working the in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining the staff of the Community Foundation, Daryl spent 8 1/2 years with United Way of Palm Beach County, where he served in the capacities of Director of Hands On Palm Beach County, which engaged volunteers in episodic volunteer opportunities. Daryl was later promoted to Senior Director of Volunteer Center and Disaster Management. As the Senior Director, he provided oversight of the Volunteer Center’s staff, and the day to day operations of it programmatic services, as well as managed the organization’s efforts related to Emergency Support Function 15 (volunteer support after local disasters). He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Emergency Food Shelter Program, serves on the Allegany Franciscan Ministries’ Grants Committee, serves on The Lord’s Place Advocacy Steering Committee and is Board member of Florida Philanthropic Network.
	Lauren Zuchman, LCSW Executive Director BeWellPBC	Lauren Zuchman is the Executive Director for BeWellPBC and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has more than 20 years of experience developing programs and working with youth, adults and families in specialization areas of mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, and crisis management. She is a national trainer for Wraparound and Motivational Interviewing and has provided clinical supervision and training for professionals across the social services field. She has a passion for community organizing and worked for many years with Healthier Delray Beach to increase behavioral health awareness, co-design with residents to address complex challenges, and promote opportunity for every community member to meet their full health potential. Currently, Lauren is leading the countywide initiative, BeWellPBC, to advance behavioral health and wellness for all children and families throughout Palm Beach County by focusing on shared stewardship, community solutions, and the workforce pipeline. She co-facilitates the Organizing Against Racism Palm Beach County Alliance and supports efforts for a just and equitable system of care.
	Armando Fana Assistant City Administrator City of West Palm Beach	Armando Fana’s experience with housing, social services initiatives and government administration spans over 20 years. In 2015 he joined the City of West Palm Beach as the Director of Housing and CommunityDevelopment where he was responsible for the oversight of funding and programs that provide attainable housing, community and economic development, homelessness prevention and social services to residents of the City of West Palm Beach. In 2019 he was appointed as the City’s Assistant City Administrator by Mayor Keith James. His current responsibilities include oversight of Development Services, Public Utilities, Engineering, Information Technology and Parking Administration. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Associate in Science Degree in International Business Management and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard where he served for 7 years on active duty. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for ChildNet and The Florida Housing Coalition.
	Upendo Shabazz Regional Vice President Allegany Franciscan Ministries	Upendo Shabazz joined Allegany Franciscan Ministries in 2010. She oversees the organization’s ministry in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. A native Floridian, Upendo has served the Palm Beach County community for many years. She was vice president of Community Impact with United Way of Palm Beach County and spent six years with the Department of Safe Schools for the Palm Beach County School District. She periodically teaches as Adjunct Professor at Barry University School of Social Work. Upendo has served on United Way of America’s Minority Roundtable Advisory Committee. In 2009, she became a United Way of America Global Resident Fellow. Upendo was featured in the Success South Florida Magazine “40 Under 40 Most Influential Black Professionals of 2006”, “Who’s Who in Black South Florida” for 2007 and 2008 and named one of South Florida’s “25 Most Influential & Prominent Black Women in Business” for 2011. She was a finalist for the 2019 St. Lucie County Economic Development Council Pete Hegener Leadership award. She is a current board member for West Palm Beach Arts and Entertainment District, Association for Black Foundation Executives (ABFE), Florida Nonprofit Alliance and the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority. She is currently part of Leadership Palm Beach County and the Blue Ridge Leadership Institute.
	Alisha Winn, Ph.D. Applied Cultural Anthropologist, Consultant & AdjunctProfessor, Palm Beach Atlantic University	Dr. Alisha R. Winn is an applied cultural anthropologist. She received her Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in Applied Anthropology. She is the founder and owner of Consider the Culture, a firm that incorporates anthropological knowledge to governmental, community, educational, and religious institutions on the social construction of race, cultural belief systems and practices, language, ethnographic research, and community engagement. Dr. Winn is also an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s School of Ministry in Intercultural Studies. She serves as consultant and project director for several community, heritage preservation, and education projects: the City of West Palm Beach’s Community Redevelopment Agency, the Children Services Council of PBC’s African American Virtual Oral History Project, the Palm Beach County African Diaspora Historical and Cultural Society, Inc. Oral History Project, Habitat for Humanity’s Historical Plaque Project, and the Storm of ’28 Memorial Park Coalition, Inc. Dr. Winn provides educational and professional development to teachers and students in cultural anthropology and local African American History, and is a board member for the City of West Palm Beach Mayor’s Task Force for Racial and Ethnic Equality and the Historical Society of Palm Beach County.
	Marsha Guthrie Community Planning and Partnership Lead Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County	Marsha Guthrie, is a Community Planning & Partnerships Officerwith the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) where hercurrentwork focuses oncommunity planning, partnership development and new initiative resource exploration and management.Marsha Guthrie has made racial equity a priority in all of her work for the past 8 years. Ms. Guthrie provides essential leadership to Children’s ServicesCouncil and plays a key role in advancing its racial equity systems’ transformation work as the current Lead of the Council’s Racial Equity CoreTeam. Additionally, she serves as the Youth Master Plan Co-Chair of Birth to 22: United for Brighter Futures, which is deeply involved in ensuring equity and opportunity for all of Palm Beach County’s Youth. As part of Birth to 22 Marsha co-leads its Racial Equity Core Team and serves as a consultant to organizations looking to advance equity within their institutions. Previous,to this Ms. Guthrie was Program Officer in System Performance, where she was instrumental in leading the Council’s Strategy Review and Allocation Analysis process aimed at refining its existing system of care.Ms. Guthrie led the exploration, development and implementation efforts for CSC’s placed-based initiative (BRIDGES)–centers in at-risk areas of Palm Beach County providing services and supporting partnerships to improve child health and well-being outcomes.
	Ann Marie Sorrell President & CEO The Mosaic Group	Ann Marie Sorrell is a philanthropist, award-winning business leader, author, columnist, and woman of faith. She lives out loud and is unapologetic in her support of the many causes that are important to her, which include: social justice, equality for all, issues impacting women and minorities, economic development and health & wellness. She is the President & CEO of The Mosaic Group, an award-winning public relations, marketing, and government relations firm serving clients throughout the United States and Caribbean. Ann Marie oversees the day-to-day operations, serves as Project Manager for most of the firm’s projects, and has managed more than 500 campaigns and projects ranging from $10,000 to $3 billion. Clients include AECOM, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, City of West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach Housing Authority, Broward Health, Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, Broward College, Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency, City of Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale to name a few. Ann Marie is a subject matter expert and guru in the field of Marketing and has developed The Marketing MashUp which includes trainings, seminars, webinars, and a book series (will be released in Winter 2021).
	Claudia Ruiz Levy President CRL Media	Claudia Ruiz Levy is always juggling numerous projects for her CRL advertising and public relations firm clients and the numerous non-profits that her efforts help support. A graduate of Manizales Catholic University with a B.A. in advertising and a B.A. in journalism from the the Autonoma University of Occidente, she continued her studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Claudia’s career began in Colombia working for a South American branch of McCann-Erickson, one of the world’s largest ad agencies. Her clients included companies such as Bayer, Goodyear and Gillette. She moved to Publiplan Advertising working as a copywriter and creative director for clients such as Ford Motors, Bayer, B.D.F. Healthcare, Piaggio and other major accounts before moving to the greater New York metro area. There she wrote for publications such as “El Globo” newspaper where she was the entertainment editor and had the opportunity to rub elbows with Latin stars such as Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Ricky Martin just to name a few. Relocating to Palm Beach County, Claudia became the Executive Director for “Mas Magazine” where she quadrupled the publication issues from 5,000 a month to 10,000 every other week. This role led her to open her own advertising and public relations agency which focuses on the growing multicultural markets.nIn her daily management of CRL Media, Claudia combines her passion for the community with her knowledge of the market. She is hands-on with the public relations aspect of the business and is in constant contact with CRL clients. She has counseled some of the largest companies (and the smallest) on market strategy and brand architecture – with an emphasis on marketing to niche audiences. Their services include market research, public relations, media relations, traditional as well as digital advertising, translations, graphic design and more. 	Shelli Lockhart Director of Public Relations Venue Marketing Group	Shelli Lockhart is a storyteller at heart. She has spent that last 30 years crafting compelling narratives about people and places. As the Director of Public Relations at Venue Marketing Group, Shelli creates messages for clients that are consistent and impactful. A former television journalist, Shelli has an insider view of the media. She has mastered the art of the pitch and guides clients to provide the story elements that resonate with the public. Shelli’s dedication to serving her community has led her to be a foster parent, run a marathon for charity, and rescue abandoned animals.
	Angela Adams Suggs President & CEO Florida Sports Foundation	As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Florida Sports Foundation, Angela Adams Suggs works to support Florida’s $57.4 billion sports tourism industry. In her role, Suggs leads the organization’s efforts to assist communities with securing, hosting and retaining sporting events and sports-related business through the Foundation’s grant programs; provide participation opportunities in the Sunshine State Games and Florida Senior Games; serve as Florida’s leading resource for sport tourism research and facts; assist in the promotion of targeted leisure sports industries in Florida; and assist national and state governing bodies to promote amateur sport development. Prior to joining the Foundation, she held various roles at Florida A&M University, including Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA). A native of Tallahassee, she holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics from Florida A&M and an M.S. degree from St. Thomas University.

She is a nationally recognized business operations expert, widely published author, and keynote speaker. Proffitt Management Solutions is focused on enhancing the management and leadership capabilities of individuals and corporate teams to achieve positive and sustainable results, personally and professionally. We focus on a leader’s attitudes, behaviors, and planning methodologies for those with a passion for success. 	Maria Antuña Executive Vice President, Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce	After decades of service in the banking industry, Maria Antuña retired. During her retirement Maria found her new calling in life by taking on the leadership of the Hispanic Chamber of Palm Beach County. Maria quickly became a huge advocate for education, health and business growth within the community. The organization’s mission is to support business owners educational resources, health and economic growth. Today the Chamber is one of 7 chambers across the U.S. awarded the USHCC/MBDA,( United States Hispanic Chamber Minority Business Development Agency) partnership through the CARES Act. This technical assistance center was provided for emergency services to help small businesses keep their doors open during the pandemic. Maria’s enthusiasm and positive attitude is infectious, say many who know her well. Her passion to support minority-owned, diverse businesses is vital to maintaining a strong, robust and prospering economy. To that end, Maria is fully engaged on numerous boards and committees including the Board of “Discover The Palm Beaches,” that attracts tourists to Palm Beach County; the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County, that addresses homeless issues, and the Diversity and Equity Advisory Board that focuses on the inclusivity of every child, member of the Mayor’s Task Force for Racial and Ethnic Equality, as well as member of the Advisory Board of Solid Waste Authority, to name a few.
	Soulan Johnson VP of Development and Communications Urban League of Palm Beach County	Soulan Johnson is the Vice President of Development and Communications for the Urban League of Palm Beach County. Soulan is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Prior to joining the Urban League team Soulan was afforded the opportunity to work with Super Bowl Host Committees 36, 39 and 41 coordinating the NFL’s Volunteer/Customer Service Programs. With her vast knowledge and skill set in managing multiple events concurrently, Soulan was appointed to work with Super Bowl Host Committees 37, 38, 40, and 42 to help the committees develop their volunteer plan to welcome over 100,000 super bowl fans, corporate partners, NFC and AFC teams and guests attending the NFL Experience, Host Committee and celebrity events and the “big game”.
	Kimberly McCarten President & CEO The Arc of Palm Beach County	Kimberly McCarten brings passion, creativity, vision, and empathy to The Arc of Palm Beach County as its President & CEO. Her ability to imagine and execute innovative and inclusive solutions that address community needs have positioned The Arc as a premier provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the state of Florida. Kimberly feels privileged to serve the disability community, and aims to lead by example, seeking to bring out each person’s unique strengths. The key to her success has been building mutually beneficial relationships that further The Arc’s mission and vision, while honoring the goals of community stakeholders. Introduced to The Arc in 1992, Kimberly quickly became a dedicated volunteer and advocate and later retained the agency as a major client of McCarten & Associates, a full-service public relations and marketing firm owned by Kimberly for 13 years. She formally joined The Arc in 2010, serving as Special Events Manager, Advancement Director, and Co-Interim Executive Director. In 2016, she was elevated to President & CEO. As CEO, Kimberly has harnessed her background in public relations and special events to revitalize The Arc’s brand, community engagement, and fundraising and has overseen tremendous organizational growth.
	Julie Seaver CEO Compass Community Center	Julie Seaver is the CEO of Compass LGBTQ Community Center. For 33 years, Compass has served as a place of refuge, a site for celebration, mourning and protest, and the sole provider of essential social services and enrichment programs to the LGBTQ+ community in Palm Beach County. Julie’s passions and vision lies at the heart of Compass’s tradition of meeting the needs of the LGBTQ’ community’s most marginalized and at-risk members.
