For sisters Robin Williams and Scotti Williams Luxton, Palm Beach E-Bike Rentals is more than a business, it’s a way to share the place they’ve always called home.
After successful careers in emergency medicine and corporate recruiting, the sisters were both searching for a new chapter. Robin found inspiration after launching a successful e-bike tour company in Acadia National Park, Maine, where she watched guests fall in love with exploring on two wheels. That success inspired the pair to bring the same experience back to their hometown of Palm Beach.
“We’re not just renting bikes, we’re sharing our hometown,” they said. “Every route, every recommendation and every hidden gem comes from years of living here and genuinely loving this area.”
Their mission is simple: help visitors slow down, connect with the destination and experience Palm Beach in a way that’s simply not possible from behind the wheel of a car.

“Our three-hour rental has become one of our most popular experiences because it’s the perfect amount of time to comfortably explore downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue, the Lake Trail and so many scenic neighborhoods,” they shared. “It’s a more sustainable way to explore, but it’s also simply a more enjoyable one.”

“One of our favorite rides is heading north along Palm Beach Island to the Palm Beach Inlet at the end of North Ocean Boulevard,” they said. “It’s one of the most scenic rides anywhere in South Florida.”
Along the way, riders pass breathtaking ocean views, historic landmarks, waterfront estates, lush tropical landscaping and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The sisters also enjoy introducing guests to hidden public beach access points that many first-time visitors never realize exist.
“Those little local discoveries often become people’s favorite part of the day.”

“We actually have a name for it—we call it the ‘e-bike glow.'”
