Spa Palmera at The Boca Raton

Get a deeper sense of harmony and well-being with the Ayurveda collection (ayur means “life” and veda means “knowledge” in Sanskrit) at Spa Palmera at The Boca Raton. One favorite: The Shankara Abhyanga Massage, a 90-minute experience, taps into the concept of “continuous flow” of consciousness and life force. It’s a rhythmic massage paired with the practice of being anointed from head to toe with a blend of warm, soothing essential oils. This award-winning, 54,000-square-foot spa is inspired by the elegant grandeur of Spain’s Alhambra Palace and features 44 treatment rooms, grand arches, a lush courtyard with tranquil gardens, a private spa pool and more.
