Sensory-Inclusive Fun

The South Florida Fair has partnered with KultureCity to create a sensory-inclusive environment, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests with sensory sensitivities. Staff underwent specialized training by medical experts to identify sensory needs and effectively manage sensory overload situations.

To support guests, sensory bags are available and include noise-canceling headphones (courtesy of Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, verbal cue cards (developed with Boardmaker), and weighted lap pads. Additionally, quiet rooms are provided in the Bink Museum at Yesteryear Village and in Concourse Building 1 on the covered concourse during the annual Fair.
