And during the weekend, there are even more classes you can check out!

Every Saturday morning at 9.00 am, Leslie Glickman teaches an outdoor yoga class for all levels in Sanborn Square, Boca Raton. Leslie runs Yoga Journey, a yoga studio located at 2240 NW 19th Street, Suite 604 in Boca Raton.  If you are in West Palm Beach, check out the Rooftop Yoga class at Treehouse. The class starts at 10 am and is held on the 13th floor of Canopy by Hilton in downtown West Palm Beach. Although it’s not free, this class is just $5!

Or, you can kick off your Sunday morning with a Sunrise Beach Yoga Class in Delray Beach. Held in front of the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort, this completely free yoga class aims to bring together a group of like-minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise! Held by Pedro, this hatha-vinyasa style yoga class starts at 6.30 am every Sunday morning. Alternatively, the Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach also offers a free District Yoga class every Sunday from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. The class is open to all-levels and is led by Maki Criscaut.

No prior yoga experience is required for any of the classes listed above. Remember to bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Some classes are held by donation.

Free Run Clubs

What about a run? From parks to beaches to trails, The Palm Beaches offer several spots where you can go for a run (or a walk). One of our favorites is Lake Trail, a beautiful path located on Palm Beach Island along the edge of the Lake Worth Lagoon.

If you prefer working out with other runners, check out the Run Club led by lululemon ambassador Alex Celis on the first Wednesday of every month. Meet in front of lululemon at 5.45 pm to mingle, stretch, and warm up before setting off on a 2-mile loop around Downtown West Palm Beach, ending back on the lawn for a cool down. The next dates are November 2nd and December 7th. You can find more information here.

And if you are a local, you can join the Fun Runners group, a fun group of runners in the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter area. They meet up every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30 pm at Loggerhead Park (14200 US-1, Juno Beach, FL 33408). After you show up to a run, you’ll be able to join their Facebook group where you can look for more details and updates.

No-cost underwater adventure

Do you enjoy snorkeling? If you’ve already got the gear, then you just need to get to one of our beautiful beaches for a no-cost underwater adventure. Our clear waters boast one of the most diverse marine ecosystems in the country, thanks to our proximity to the Gulf Stream—closer than any other point in Florida, to be exact. When it comes to snorkeling, one of the most popular spots is Phil Foster Park in Riviera Beach. Located beneath Blue Heron Bridge on a crystal-clear section of the Lake Worth Lagoon, this 800-foot artificial reef boasts an incredible variety of marine life, from sea turtles to manatees to tropical fish—all just a few feet from the shore. Alternatively, Peanut Island, across from Phil Foster Park, also boasts a surprising snorkeling lagoon. Check out all our snorkeling sites here.
