Official Kick-Off for The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month
Raise a glass to The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month! The Palm Beaches and James Beard Foundation invite you to a Friends of James Beard Benefit featuring two of the county’s best chefs from PGA National Resort. Join us for an epicurean experience at PGA National Resort with Chef Jeremy Ford (The Butcher’s Club and Stubborn Seed) and Chef Lindsay Autry (Honeybelle and The Regional) as these celebrity chefs and culinary artisans design an inspired multi-course dinner. The two James Beard-nominated chefs will blend their unique culinary styles and create a decadent meal that pays homage to Palm Beach County flavors and local producers. Custom-crafted cocktails by Gosling Rum and perfectly balanced wine pairings will complement the flavors and complete the meal.

All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the James Beard Foundation and Feeding South Florida.
Known for his win on Bravo’s Top Chef season 13, recent Michelin Star, and James Beard nomination for his work at Miami’s Stubborn Seed, Jeremy Ford is the executive chef and partner at The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort. The Butcher’s Club, a modern steakhouse with elevated classics, made its debut in early 2022. The impressive restaurant features some of Ford’s signature dishes perfected over the course of his career and regionally sourced select cuts.
