Prepare to be awestruck as we transport you back to the year 2018 when The Cooking Channel showcased our festival on their sensational hit show, “Carnival Eats”! The charismatic host, Noah Cappe, indulged in the culinary genius of Chef Winston, savoring the delectable Garlic Mojo Corn Cakes and a cornucopia of garlic-infused delights.

But that’s just the beginning of the excitement! This two-day extravaganza goes beyond bourbon and bacon, featuring talented artists and crafters, an exquisite menu brimming with bacon-infused culinary wonders, and an unparalleled collection of 30+ bourbons and whiskeys for you to relish. As if that weren’t enough, we present exclusive bacon and bourbon pairing seminars, where South Florida’s foremost Bourbon experts reveal the secrets of the distiller’s art, while a local Chef creates tantalizing “bites” to enhance your tasting experience. And for those non-Bourbon enthusiasts among us, fear not! A full liquor bar, fine wine, and refreshing ice-cold beer await your pleasure.
