From specialty Chef Welcome Party to celebrity Food Network stars grillin’ and chillin’ poolside, and from comfort food to 5-course dinners with premium wine pairings and Master Sommelier, this gastronomic experience hosts an unprecedented collection of talent for this four-day foodie festival. Residents and visitors alike will savor the many culinary creations, as master chefs mix, blend and create culinary magic in an unmatched resort destination. A Celebration of Epicurean Talent

This luscious event showcases some of the world’s most renowned chefs and wine industry leaders such as food legends Daniel Boulud and Robert Irvine. Also in attendance will be local favorites Clay Conley, Lindsay Autry, Pushkar Marathe, Dieter Samijn, and more than a dozen more.

There is a long events lineup at Palm Beach Food & Wine Fest. Here are some of our favorites for 2022.

• Beef N Bourbon Experience – Dec. 8: This is a 4-course seated dinner with Bourbon pairings hosted by Robert Irvine and Ralph Lewis at Okeechobee Prime Event Hall.
• Southern Revival – Dec. 9: Host chef Lindsay Autry and guest chefs Ashley Christensen, Mason Hereford and Jamal Lake highlight quintessential southern flavors and dishes elevated by their culinary skills.
• A Mexican Lunch – Dec. 9: Host chef Julien Gremaud and guest chefs Jonathon Sawyer and Ben Ford serve their version of classic Mexican dishes by highlighting untraditional ingredients. 
• Chillin’ ‘N’ Grillin’ – Dec. 10: enjoy mouthwatering grilled dishes poolside with chefs Maneet Chauhan, Ashley Christensen, Joe Flamm, Ben Ford, Sarah Grueneberg, Tony Mantuano, Ken Oringer, Alex Seidel along with Neall Bailey. The event is host at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
• Crafting Cocktails – Dec. 10: Tim Lipman (host chef) and Giorgio Rapicavoli (guest chef) will lead a mixology class and teach you how to prepare three specially created cocktails. Light bites are served.
• Daniel & Friends – Dec. 11: Hosted by chef Daniel Boulud with Dieter Samijn and Julie Franceschini, this alfresco brunch offers walk-around tastings paired with inventive cocktails.
• Grand Tasting – Dec. 11: Held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the Grand Tasting offers plentiful dishes and dessert samplings from dozens and dozens of South Florida’s best restaurants as well as wine and spirit tastings from distributors, vineyards and more.
