About Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival: Where Foodies Go for the Winter

The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival, in partnership with Wine Spectator, was founded in 2007 and is the country’s most prestigious and delectable culinary and wine program in December. Held at quintessential properties such as the Four Seasons Resort, The Breakers, Eau Resort & Spa, Café Boulud, and at popular locations on the island of Palm Beach and beyond, the festival showcases some of the world’s most renowned chefs and wine industry leaders through a collection of dinners, lunches, tastings and seminars.

This luscious event showcases some of the world’s most renowned chefs and wine industry leaders, such as food legends Daniel Boulud, Robert Irvine, and Maneet Chauhan. Local favorites Clay Conley, Lindsay Autry, Pushkar Marathe, and more than a dozen more will be in attendance.

18th Annual Grand Tasting

The Annual Grand Tasting takes place on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

Savor, sip, and celebrate at the 18th Annual Grand Tasting presented by The Palm Beaches — South Florida’s premier culinary experience. Taking place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, this unforgettable evening features indulgent dishes and decadent desserts from 50+ of the region’s top chefs and restaurants, paired with 100+ world-class wines (all rated 90+ by Wine Spectator), craft spirits, and more. The excitement heats up with the Grand Chef Throwdown taking place on the Publix Culinary Demonstration Stage, hosted by Mo & Sally alongside Jay Cashmere. Three talented local chefs will go head-to-head for a $10,000 prize benefiting a local charity, with dishes judged by an all-star panel of celebrity chefs — Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison, Antonia Lofaso and Robert Irvine. Come hungry, leave inspired! (Garage parking is not included in ticket price.)

• SPICE Featuring Golan Heights Winery – Dec. 11: SPICE at Stage Kitchen & Bar on December 11 brings together chefs Pushkar Marathe, Maneet Chauhan, Neal Fraser, and Jonathon Sawyer for a four-course dinner paired with Golan Heights wines. Expect bold flavors, fragrant spices, and a global twist on locally inspired cuisine.
• Oceano – Dec. 12: For PBFWF at Oceano on Friday, December 12, sessions will feature Robert Irvine in Session A and Michelle Bernstein in Session B.
  Alongside hosts Jeremy & Cindy Bearman, the lineup also includes chefs Ashley Christensen, Joe Flamm, and James London, offering signature bites paired with fine wines and craft cocktails across Oceano’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Kick off Party at The Belgrove – Dec. 12: The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival kicks off in style on December 12 at The Belgrove, where a chic poolside setting becomes the backdrop for a night of culinary indulgence. Guests will mingle under the stars, savoring bites from celebrated chefs alongside flowing wine, craft cocktails, and live music that set the tone for the weekend ahead.
• Bubbles & Bites – Dec 13: Set poolside at PGA National Resort, Bubbles & Bites: A Yacht Rock Experience pairs sparkling wines and craft cocktails with dishes from star chefs like Joe Flamm, Sarah Grueneberg, and Antonia Lofaso. With smooth yacht rock beats and gourmet flavors under the sun, it’s the festival’s most playful—and delicious—daytime escape.
• A Night at Ben – Dec 14: A Night at The Ben returns in 2025 with a dazzling winter-wonderland theme on the hotel’s scenic waterfront lawn. Host chef Daniel Pundik and an all-star lineup—including Karen Akunowicz, Timon Balloo, Maneet Chauhan, Ben Ford, James London, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Matt Vawter—will present chef-crafted tasting stations paired with wines, champagnes, and cocktails, creating an elegant evening of seasonal flavors and relaxed mingling under the stars.

Additional Event FAQ

Is there an age requirement?
The Festival is 21 and over, and a valid issued ID is required to enter all festival events except for Kids Kitchn). Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused entry, and passes will not be refunded. Please don’t bring infants or small children in child carriers, as they will not be permitted entry.

What disability accommodations are there?
The Festival offers accommodations for persons with mobility, sight, or hearing impairments, including accessible seating and restrooms. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Is there a lost and found?
Please return found items or look for lost items at the Festival Hospitality Suite located on the second floor of the Four Seasons Resort (during the event). Valuables will be held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. PBFWF will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
