Mood Food is a unique dining experience combining nutrition, lifestyle, and mental wellness principles. In this class, you will learn to prepare delicious, mood-enhancing meals that support mental well-being using scientifically backed ingredients and recipes.

The intimate cooking class and dinner will teach how to eat for mental health and the impact of food on the brain. Along with the surprising foods that fight depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, dementia, brain fog, insomnia, fatigue, bipolar and libido.
